Our experience with Flores Artscape is state of the art. From our first consultation to the last touches, I would choose them all over again. Eric really worked with us and spent a lot of time addressing our concerns with the state of our backyard. He took a highly realistic approach, prioritizing our essential needs while thoughtfully incorporating some of our wants—all while staying within budget.

When the work started, the crew was super professional, polite and worked around our puppies’ needs to access a portion of the yard. Mr. Flores himself took time to answer every call and check-in frequently to make sure we were happy with the progress.

My favorite part was picking the wood and the stain. They treated my project with utmost care and the attention to detail. Our lead Oscar is awesome and saved me from a lot of decision fatigue - helping me make excellent choices along the way. I can’t stop looking at the fence and I’m stunned at how it all came together so beautifully. We’re enjoying the patio to the fullest and can’t wait for summer!

The Flores Artscape team really listened to what I wanted done and did the work accordingly and to high quality standards. The wall in front of my house was falling apart and ready to fall down. They rebuilt it and it was so much nicer than I even thought it would be. The stones they used and how they placed them was very decorative and eye catching, they also added some nice plants. Also anytime I had questions they explained each step and answered my questions throughout the construction process. I loved working with Eric and Nancy, and Antonio and his crew and highly recommend this team.

After placing a request for quote through Houzz, Flores Artscape responded within an hour and Jason came out and did a thorough site visit and discussed our needs. Once we finalized the vision, Rumaldo and crew started work right away, removing the old landscape and preparing for the new fencing and landscape. Despite an interruption due to supply chain issues related to the January wildfires, Nacny was able to keep the project moving forward and completed the work in time for Valentine's day. Every day, impressed neighbors stopped by to get a business card or comment on the fantastic workmanship. We are already planning a second phase project with Rumaldo and team, and I highly recommend working with Flores Artscape on your next landscape or fencing project!

Flores team did great work on our backyard. Everyone from Eric, to Rumaldo, to Oscar and Mariana were helpful and always available to answer any questions or give advice. From the initial design consultation, to the work performed, everything was perfect and smooth! They helped us with switching our driveway from concrete to much nicer looking pavers, landscaping the borders of our yard, installing a nice wooden privacy fence, lighting, and building a bbq/fridge/counter station on our patio for a nice entertaining setup.

Flores Artscape helped us do a total front yard transformation. We LOVE our new garden--an artscape that makes us feel proud of the front of our home. We are not only extremely happy with the final outcome, but we also appreciated the process this company used to get us there. Our project was somewhat complex, involving transforming our front yard, which started as mostly dead grass and no stairs (see before pic), to what you see in the photos--including installation of a new staircase and flagstone path up the hill, installation of several colors of gravel winding through the garden, installation of a low flagstone wall to retain the gravel along the sidewalk, and installation of many plants. We appreciated that before we entered a contract or paid any deposit, as part of their bid, Flores Artscape produced a visual concept design for us based on what we had shared about our vision. We also appreciated that Flores Artscape was happy to integrate some existing brickwork and retaining walls into the design, and to coordinate with our sprinkler company to integrate the installation of drip irrigation into the project schedule. What we most appreciated was the company's consistent focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, down to small details; they always addressed our design concerns, requests, and punch lists, including addressing a few broken plants discovered after final payment. Of final note, our project coordinator, Nancy, was always very responsive to our texts and went the extra mile to source types of flagstone and plants that we really wanted but that the company hadn't used before. We highly recommend Flores Artscape and hope to use them again to transform our backyard one day!

My backyard was a mess, holding the remains of many projects, and it was time to move to a cleaner, lower maintenance situation. Eric from Flores Artscape went back and forth with me for several iterations of the plan, Nancy got just the plants I wanted, and the team demolished and installed quickly. I especially appreciate Elmer patiently responding as I questioned everything! I made a few changes during the job, and Flores accommodated them seamlessly. We are really enjoying our new, clean, usable backyard space!!!!
