I ordered new cushions for our outdoor chairs. The covers were in good shape, but the cushions inside were pretty moldy. FoamOnline had the best prices and the cushions were exactly what we ordered. They arrived right on schedule in good shape, packed into a tight bundle.

Just FYI, the medium firm polyurethane works perfectly for outdoor chair cushions. Just right firmness. I ordered them 1 inch larger than the covers L x W. I put them into plastic trash can liners to slip them into the covers more easily and add some moisture protection. They fit perfectly! Very satisfied.

I couldn’t be happier to have found FoamOnline!! I’ve been buying memory foam wedge pillows for years, spending around $1000 on expensive pillows that arrive made with poor materials. They’re always to firm for me and too short or too tall. I called FoamOnline with questions about creating my perfect wedge. Josie and David very patiently helped me design what I’ve been needing and wanting for about 15 years! Two types of foam, 30” x 40” x 4 1/2”; mimicking a natural rise. You can’t find that anywhere! It was also ideal as I had an abdominal surgery coming up. My wedge arrived in perfect time, and truly made my recovery bearable! I’ve been touting FoamOnline to family and friends, and looking around my house for additional foam needs! 🙂

The ordering process went well. In this age of "must have it nowism" the shipping seemed slow but then it did not delay my project. The foam was as advertised in quality however it was an 8th inch thicker than what it should have been but I made adjustments for that. Over all seems like a nice company with quality products and an easy to navigate website.

So thrilled to have discovered FoamOnline after several attempts to reach out to other companies who have useless chat bots or customer support who don’t speak English. I knew nothing about foam until I contacted this company. Josie introduced me to the world of HD foam and we spend a week going back and forth to get the right piece for me. Completely professional and when I received my foam it was fantastic and fit perfect into my cushion covers. It's going in my RV as a couch and bed and I'm extremely happy with it.

Foam quality and prices here are excellent. I followed the suggestion given here that 2" is a good minimum. However, 2" was out of proportion for my mid-century modern dining room chairs and it looked wrong (Photos). I should have worked from the original height of the padding. I figured out a way to cut it down with an electric knife (Photos) and found that for my chairs, a ~1" thick, firm, high quality foam cushion was more than enough to make a comfortable seat. I did place a 1/2" polyester batting layer over the foam, which is a routine for foam in upholstery. I was relieved that while my kluge method to reduce foam thickness resulted in a less than perfect surface, it didn't affect appearance or comfort. It was a bit mounded in the center, which was actually fine! I am glad I didn't have to toss the original foam pieces Now, what to do with the cutoffs. . .

I needed a couple of small pieces to replace the worn-out portion of my dog's bed. The memory foam pieces I received are of excellent quality and were cut to the exact dimensions that I had requested. My dog is much happier with his bed now!
