I had a prescription filled here, it was for a controlled substance. It was my monthly allotment of 90 pills. When I counted them at home there was only 75 pills. I called them to make sure it wasn’t a mistake on their end. They said they had the correct number counter twice and that they weren’t off on their number of pills in their system. However, this had happened with them once before, I had a different prescription that was also a controlled substance. They withheld 15 pills from that one, only they admitted to shorting me that time. This time I knew something was up, when I went in there they had gotten rid of ever single person who used to work there. It used to be a team of women of Asian decent. Most of them spoke English as a second language. The really messed up thing is that Fred Meyer had a strike not long before all those people were replaced, and the Asian women that I was talking about before, they were working through the strike! They didn’t go on strike. And yet they were all replaced? Also they stopped letting people use the drive through which is really inconvenient for me. I also had a friend who used to work at Fred Meyer’s, he was fired for a completely bogus reason. Even unemployment took his side after they saw the case and gave him Funding. Fred Meyer had been trying to stop him from doing getting any unemployment. Thankfully he got it all back paid and was able to take a nice vacation. This company is evil. Do not shop there, do not get your medications filled here either.

I would give them a 1 but the pharmacy is good. Every time I go through a regular line, the bagger walks away before I get to the front. They card you for NON-ALCOHOLIC beer, but not for Kambucha that has alcohol! The managers here are not very friendly and care more about the employees and money than pleasing customers. Get your act together.

5 stars for our guy Hoss in the electronic section, you need to give the man a raise. He knew exactly where everything was and even how we could save a few bucks here and there. Thanks hoss!

Can we please get rid of the rent-a-cops? I realize that I'm not contractually obligated to show them my receipt (this isn't a members-only store like Costco), but it's getting annoying & I just want to leave the store in peace w/ the goods that I paid for.

I had to deal with one who was very combative. Just end it already because they might get physical w/ customers & costly lawsuits are inevitable.

Needed help in the Uscan because a Kroger coupon sent to me didn't work. I waited for help because she was playing with someone's dog instead of working. When she was told I needed help she acted put out. Then the rent a cop did the same because he had to get his marker out and put his phone away. They need to act like what they are. Greeters wearing a badge.

Was here returning a few bottles with my husband. And of course as we all know who shop and return bottles via hand count, it can sometimes take a minute for someone to come do it. ( I don't blame the employees taking their time to get back there) We waited for about 20 mins... One employee called it over the overhead. Another one asked if we had been helped... Then there was Christina, who doesn't work as a courtesy clerk, but as a online shopper for picks up. She walked past us twice and asked us if we had been helped. We said no, she was so kind and awesome. She stopped what she was doing, ran to the back brought out a bag a we counted in 24 and 24... Gave us our slip and she went back to shopping. This review is to and for her, For going out of her way to help us.
