Very happy with my experience here. We needed all new furniture & found the most stunning sheesham table & coffee bar. They even delivered it & set our bed up for us. These guys are great. Due to COVID we had to wait quite a while for the matching bar stools but thats totally not their fault. I am only mentioning it because I see alot neg reviews about the wait time & I don't think its fair to blame them.

The salesman was great.
The delivery driver tore off my gutter down spout off the side of my house when leaving.
The Manager was extremely rude to me when I wanted them to hire a professional to buy and install a new one. He wanted the delivery guys to fix it. Ridiculous.
He was so unprofessional I just ended up hiring someone to replace it for me and paid it out-of-pocket.
Never will buy from them again.

Several years ago we purchased a girls bedroom set with bunk beds, a dresser, and two tall shelving units. The installers put the bunk beds together wrong (backwards maybe?) and the top bunk collapsed on the bottom bunk while my teen girls were in them! I was soooo upset! Luckily they were more scared than hurt, but that should have NEVER happened. We also bought a lazy boy sofa and the stitching came loose within 90 days. I was told it had a warranty but when I went in to use the warranty to schedule a repair, i was told it wasn’t included in the warranty. That would have been nice to know before the purchase. A brand new sofa with a seam ripping open. We now have LoveSac sofas; best furniture purchase ever.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced from a furniture store. After placing an online order and making multiple phone calls over two weeks they couldn’t find my order. Apparently that item is no longer available but it took weeks to get that answer and now they have my credit card info. Would not recommend placing online orders here. Very shady business.

Bought new mattress $2000 on sale. It’s the worst bed I have ever owned I told them I wanted a tempure pedic and was talked into this mattress they tried giving me the floor modal before I said something then gave a new version.. I can into store less than 30 days later knowing there was a return and told them this was the worst mattress Iv ever owned they would not return it and said sale items are not returnable wait what this was never told to me there is no sign states there return policies like the law states I’m stuck with a mattress I don’t want it’s been a year and drs confirmed my back is getting worst there said get a new mattress or sleep on floor!

I am done with this. I have been waiting over 30 days for my bed. It finally comes in after being delayed a couple weeks. Only know it was delayed because I called. They suck with follow up. Tell me they tried calling but never had a missed call from them. I buy all my furniture there but no more. I have to pick my bed up or wait until Wednesday. I always pick up my stuff because I always have to wait at least week. You deserve zero stars but it won't let me

I have tried to order twice from this company and was applying for their zero percent financing but they keep asking for a down payment. Why? I’m approved and have great credit.
I ordered three ish weeks ago a small loveseat and put it on their financing. I just received a bill and I haven’t even received the couch. Their reply to me was just pay it. I said no. I’ll pay it after I get the couch which still isnt scheduled to be here for another week or so.
They didn’t care and said they have so many people who want that couch. Well great!!! More sales for you so is it the case that those sales are more important than mine. Like is there only a couple couches made.
Well then He said I could come down and make a down payment, but why? I have been approved and have great credit. It’s just such bad business. They must be doing well in this poor economy to be so nonchalant about losing my purchase but I’m happy they are doing well and they would have done $900 more but even more because and I have a whole back living room that need’s refurnishing and a spare upstate bedroom but I’ll go to Willits Furniture Store. They have great quality and really appreciate ALL sales and will work with you. Their furniture is quality.

Before i ordered anything from FDC, i read the reviews and because there was very few negative ones i decided to order a couch and a love seat. Its been almost a month a half now that ive been waiting for them. I keep getting told that theyre on the road, that theyve been shipped. Then yesterday (monday) i was asked to come down to the store because they had two sets similar to the ones i ordered. I was told they didnt know how long mine was going to take to be here so i had to chose something else and after i chose one, we had made an arrangement for it to be delivered on thursday ( I was disappointed because i wanted what i ordered and paid for). So i was all set until this morning when i received another phone call and was told i was just going to have to wait til mine get here....etc... Blah blah blah blah ......... So once again i am back to waiting. I dont know if its me, my name, my race or whatever it is, but i know my money is the same color and just as good as everyone elses. But FDC just reminded me of why i should never do business in ukiah.....
