A lot of selection of furniture and reasonable prices. Sales people are great since. its a local small business and I prefer to keep my money in the community. Ask about the financing!

Our favorite place to buy furniture in the av. My best and only home store to shop in. Everything from office furniture to outdoor patio - selection is huge. No one beats their prices or customer service. Staff are personable and will take care of you from beginning to end. We were patiently walked through catalogs to find the right pieces, you can tell the salesperson was a home decorator as well. Many financing options that allow ownership faster than I sometimes can afford to buy up front. Highly recommended for a comfortable shopping experience!

I wish I could give negative stars this place sells trash cheap furniture. Not to mention they delivered the floor model to us, and God only knows how many people sat in it before us, when we thought we were receiving new furniture. Then they also fail to mention they have a 3 month warranty on cheap furniture that wont last pass 4 months, then they act like they are doing you a favor to fix cheap furniture. The people that work there are so unprofessional, they don't return your calls, you have to go in person and then they still don't do anything. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE who likes to take advantage of people who work hard to buy things.

I just bought a queen size day bed from their online store and had it delivered and assembled in less than a week. The bed is beautiful just like the picture. The service was great when I spoke with the salespeople over the phone. The delivery guy was nice and assembled the furniture carefully in my home. I’ve bought other bedroom and living room furniture from Furniture Factory and have had the same experience. I would recommend them as the furniture is good quality at a great price, and the service is awesome!

Disappointed

We decided to keep our furniture purchase local to support local and small business economy as we are involved with a family owned business and understand it's importance. We decided to order at Furniture Factoy and it was a bad decision. After anxiously waiting for 2 weeks we were delivered the wrong furniture. We decided to give it a second chance and waited another week for a delivery. We received no phone call the day of delivery and stoped at the store only to find out the furniture was burnt out side the store in the back. They had no idea how it happened it just did. We then cancelled the order and our search continues. Not saying it's always like that but this is my review. Good luck with your furniture shopping.

Bought our furniture here from a friend of my wife's from Church. The people are quite nice and no haggling to buy stuff. Bought a table, chairs and mattress at a really good price. Can pay it off in a few months too if needed. Good doing business.
