Best Customer Service Ever! Eloy. Edwind & Mitch; "ROCK!" Fast service, accommodating, patient and careful with the delivery. I was listened to and made to feel comfortable in every way from the first phone call to the perfect set up! I know during this pandemic a lot of places have been dropping off and not assisting with set up (information from family, friends and I called over a dozen places) well I was taken care of and didn't have to worry about a thing. I am a Veteran who has issues and all my worries were for nothing. I am so glad I found this great place. This company will be my go to from now on.

It's concerning their website says contact for price for everything. It's a unit price, why would we need to ask? It makes me think they charge whatever they feel like charging

This place is AMAZING! These days, you hardly find places with excellent customer service. Eloy responded to every single email that I sent. I even showed up at their showroom and was pleasantly impressed with everything. My Dinning set was delivered and a chair was slightly damaged. Eloy took care of it as soon as I took back the chair. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for every thing from sales to delivery..... I will highly recommend Furniture Town Plus. Actually, I already have!!!

Loved this place. Looked for WEEKS for the perfect sofa in specific dimensions, color, and fabric. The gentleman helping us was able to get us a sofa in the right color and size custom made AND it was delivered just a few days later. The price was also about half as much as I'd seen anywhere else. Will definitely return!

Horrible ustomer service, rip off and poor quality. Eager to sell but they fail to explain details and deny their own policy that's written on the receipt.

We ordered a bed and sofa from the Glendale location. The sofa unfortunately was not displayed in store so after seeing it in person, we did not like the quality/material and ended up getting a refund. The bed was delivered on time and we were called ahead of time.
