The service & manager that runs this store are beyond words. Don't bother shopping there. The store is set up beautifully but the manager can't place an order. This was our 2nd trip to attempt to get a fixture that we wanted. We were visiting family in colorado each time we stopped @ this store. She made promises to order our light & never ordered what we wanted. She also had a discontinued fixture displayed which wasn't available neither. We will not return again. I placed an online order with GL last week and was checking on the status early this week - someone in your Greenwood Village location took my call and sent a message to Samantha to contact me regarding my order. Samantha followed up with an email right away. I called her the next day and said I had a tight timeframe because the electrician was starting on fixtures earlier then expected. Samantha she went out of her way to not only accommodate my request but give me all the tracking details on the delivery and all the fixtures are arriving in time. I could not be happier with my experience with Galleria lighting. It was my first purchase but will NOT be my last. Thank you all and especially to Samantha Lien!

He guided us through our selection/purchase with his expertise which resulted in us purchasing the perfect exterior lights for our home. And the pricing met our budget as well. A Beautiful Lighting collection, accompanied with some great prices and excellent customer service. Galleria is one of the better and more specialized lighting stores we have come across.

Vintage, Mid-Century and Contemporary collections with a great on site display to give customers a good idea on whether it will be a good fit for their place.

We visited the place about a dozen times, and had ample time to go through, select and even change our decisions at ease with no pressure.

Shopping and selection was great, and we spent thousands of dollars for lights on our home remodel.
But when trying to return 4 brand new bathroom vanity lights that were past the 30 day return window(contractor delay as well as a decision not to risk breaking the wall mirrors in the bathroom room to install them) did the service go down hill. I had no problem paying the restocking fee or getting a store credit, but not once did the floor manager Janet Wheeler call me back or reply to my emails after promising to see what she could do. They could sell them easier than myself , as they are brand new and never been opened. With a 30% fee to return them they could move them at a discount and not lose money.
Bottom line, ignoring a good customer, because you don’t want product back, does not make me ever want to come back to your store, when there are so many other options available!

Wonderful experience, we were looking for a bathroom light fixture and worked with Eric Smith. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some great ideas. Rather than going to multiple stores, we found what we wanted, at the right price. It's rare for my wife and I not to shop around, but there was no need. I highly recommend this store and Eric!
