Getting good customer service is always a plus, but it doesn't really happen here. I've RELUCTANTLY come here to purchase truckloads of material from them, because they're the only ones in town that carry it, or because they're more competitive on price than anyone else. If you go to the store recognizing that it happens slower here than normal, but you'll probably get the best price in the area, it takes some of the sting away. ALSO, come AFTER the rush has gotten through, and you might get serviced quicker.

I arrived at 2:50pm for refund but I was refused to get refund and said they were closed at 2:45. While their website claimed they were closed at 3pm

They have a huge paver selection. Got turf here as well. The crew was great and seemed to be having fun with their work. No reason to go here if you are not doing a big project.

Great Place to get pavers or other hardscape materials the staff is nice and friendly to me and other landscapers as well been going here for many years as a Landscape Therapist inc service was Quick the yard guy was helpful in parking I mostly shop at the San Jose store because it closer to most of my jobs
Homeowners like a better Selection of a show room would be better to go to San Jose store it is a whole lot bigger

Horrible Customer service. Do not recommend.
Called multiple times, and have been treated extremely rudely.
Look at Yelp reviews. Many customers complain about their rudeness as well. Recommend other suppliers (Lyngso, Peninsula Building Materials, Granite Rock). They have been professional unlike the staff here,

Don’t usually take the time to post reviews, but if I could give this place less than one star I would!! My husband is a general contractor and only shops here when out of options elsewhere, having had such poor experiences in the recent past. Unfortunately, in search of pavers trying to match some old ones in order to extend our patio, we had to search for options here. The customer service is absolutely non-existent! The list of examples is too long to go into detail, my advice is stay away.
