Jesse and Joey were super, carefully moved in the new couch and chair, and helpfully moved my old couch out to the truck for me! Great job. The furniture is even nicer than I remembered from the store visit and I'm in love with my new living room!

Garrisons has exceptional service as expected. Delivery was easy to schedule via text and then easy to reschedule when my calendar changed same day. Delivery was on time. Have never been to a mattress store with so many different brands with different types of mattresses on the show room floor to choose from. Service, delivery was timely, professional and courteous. I still need a second mattress and will return to Garrisons in Phoenix, OR, when I buy it. Very satisfied.

Garrison's furniture quality is outstanding and so is their service, extending from their sales staff to their delivery personnel. Everyone bends over backwards to ensure the customer is happy. Especially commendable are the delivery crew, Cody and Tom, who brought our sleeper sofa and rugs today, set everything up, trimmed carpet pads for us and helped move our two recliners back in position on the new rugs. I give everyone 5 stars and definitely recommend Garrison's for excellence on all levels.

This place is the definition of class. My husband and I went to the White City branch to look for new couches. Our current ones were given to us by the former owner of our house - we moved in 9 years ago. We had no idea where she bought them from and they were starting to sag quite a bit. I was looking through swatches and found our current couch fabric and colors. I couldn’t believe I found our couches! The employee that was helping us, Cody, was kind enough to see if our couches were able to be repaired and save us a little money. Lucky us, he found the original purchase and said the service dept. would be calling us soon to come look at our current couches. The service department came out to our house and told us we just needed to replace the cores (cushions) in our sofas and we should get some more life out of them. I’m so thankful to Cody for his excellent service and help. Thanks you Garrisons for being a quality company and for the customer!

We were very excited to find exactly what we were looking for the very first time at Garrisons. The salesman that we worked with was wonderful and answered all of our questions. The transaction was smooth and the men who delivered the sectional did so quickly and efficiently. We love our new sectional and are excited to finally have room for our friends!
