My wife and I needed to replace our exterior lighting fixtures and really did not know where to begin. We reached out to Duane at Gateway and he offered to drop by and take a look at our home. Not only did he recommend a style based on our architectural design, he also recommended color, size and material as we are concerned with corrosion living near the water. Duane recommended Hinkley fixtures that are actually made of a composite material less prone to corrosion. The quality of the fixtures is top notch and they really fit our home design perfectly. The level of service and advice Duane offered was outstanding. 8 of the 14 fixtures we purchased had to have special mounting plates manufactured and we used Dylan Collins with Florida Coast Handyman. He is extremely meticulous with his work and was in and out the same day. He manufactured the mounting plates on site with precision. Many thanks Duane for your assistance!

Nancy worked with us to finding the accent light my wife was looking for. Unfortunately 7 months later the manufacture still hasn't started production of this light. We cancelled the order and our money was refunded promptly. We will diffinettly recommend this company for the work of their staff.

Absolutely the Best lighting store in the area! Beautiful showroom and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Many Unique and beautiful items in the store plus access to ordering something special from many different sources. I found the perfect under cabinet hidden outlet strip. It’s just what I was looking for. Completely hidden outlets tucked right up under my cabinets - nothing to break up my backsplash. I love it! And you can’t find anything like it anywhere else around here. I Came back today with a missing piece on a light fixture purchased several years ago. Impossible to find a replacement in any store or on the internet. The owner literally made me a custom replacement part and adjusted it to fit my fixture perfectly.. I’m So grateful! They are truly the best here. Any lighting needs - make this your first stop.

My wife and I were building a home and our contractor recommended Gateway. Of ALL the subcontractors we have worked with (at least 10) Gateway was from start to finish the easiest to work with. Kelle took the time from day one to make us feel comfortable and show us through the expansive showroom, giving thoughtful advice for all our product selections. She also helped us with items that were not available in the showroom. If that were not enough, Kelle was always available via phone or email to keep us updated on the status of our order. Finally, she made sure that we were able to return any broken or unneeded items. Competitors take note: THIS is how you run a customer-oriented business. We will definitely recommend Gateway to any of our friends or family considering lighting projects.

Nancy Tibbetts was the consultant helping us today. I don't know the name of the other staff person who was also friendly and welcoming when we came in the door. Gateway Lighting has a beautiful showroom and knowledgeable staff. I was unable to make a decision today, but I came away with ideas and a catalog to help guide me.
