When we purchased our 40+ year old home, we knew it came with the need to majorly improve the property. The acre+ that we needed to upgrade had not been touched since 1980 - and it showed. We spoke with Gabe about the vision we had for how we wanted to use the yard as well as incorporate some elements that could not be changed and he more than delivered our dream space...he delivered our friends and family's happy place. What was an overwhelming mess is now a well thought out yard from the hardscape to the native plants. He was thoughtful with his questions and made sure he thought of every measurement (hire a surveyor - worth it) that needed to be considered for our terraced yard. We recommend him every chance we get asked about our yard.

My backyard went from an overgrown jungle to a gorgeous retreat, including a serene seating area next to a fountain, a shady dining area under a gorgeous trellis, and a play area for the kids complete with a blackboard.

Within the same footprint, it felt like Pablo and The GCLA team created a much larger new backyard for me, spacious while also creating comfortable intimate areas for entertaining. So many creative ideas to provide a seamless transition from the family room and kitchen to these wonderful “outdoor rooms”!

A special highlight was the night lighting design that makes the space magical. It delights me everyday and night!
