I reached out for an estimate and received a quick response with a very competitive price. He kept me updated on his arrival and completed the carpet cleaning on my stairs, all the way up to the third floor, in under an hour. The carpets look pristine now! I also asked him to clean an area rug at the last minute, and it was no problem at all. He even texted me afterward to check if I was satisfied with the work and to express gratitude for my business. Recent Update: After coming home from the hospital with our daughter who had a liver transplant, we needed a thorough deep clean of our carpets due to her being heavily immune-suppressed for the first year. Our past experiences led us back to our trusted carpet cleaning service. This is the second time we've used their services, despite the owner selling the business a few years back and then deciding to buy it back. It seemed unlikely that they could surpass our previous experience, but they did. Not only did Billy keep us updated on the timeline, he also managed to fit us into their busy schedule. Our technician, Miguel, was also exceptional. He had no issues sanitizing his equipment before bringing it into our home, and even wore a mask to prevent any potential exposure to our child. He was more than willing to do anything else we needed to ensure our peace of mind. Our carpets were cleaned to an exceptional standard. The team at our trusted carpet cleaning service are truly the best in their field! In addition, another staff member was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He will definitely be our first choice for carpet cleaning services from now on.

The technician from George & Sons Carpet Cleaners began the carpet cleaning by stepping on the rug with his shoes. After I mentioned shoe covers, he promptly put them on when he stepped outside to grab the hose for the next part of the job. He continued to enter and exit the house while wearing the shoe covers to retrieve more equipment. This somewhat diminished the effectiveness of the shoe covers as he tracked in some dirt. However, the technician was friendly and eager to help throughout the process. I reached out to a representative and they were very attentive, listening to my concerns and ensuring everything was addressed properly. I believe that one minor issue doesn’t reflect the overall quality of the company, so I’m looking forward to using their services again in the future.

I think there is a scam going on with one of their subcontractors. Just so you know, they may send random guys who have no idea what they are doing. They didn’t actually remove all the soap, it was soaking wet in spots, and they charged $650 for a 3 bedroom home with no carpet stair and one hallway when I was quoted $189. They up charged me last minute after changing the time they were coming and I was trying to put my toddler to bed. Not a single stain was removed and I’m genuinely not sure if there was any improvement or extra effort made. They left without hardly spending any time on any of the extra traffic areas I paid extra for.

The guy was training the other guy but watching them both, I’m not sure they had any idea what they were doing. They didn’t put booties on in the house and had dirty boots, their equipment had old dirty water in it, that they didn’t clean out and they were using who knows what type of chemicals. I asked them if it was okay for my daughter who was a sleep and they couldn’t tell me what they were using.

Additionally, I got a strange text from a different number asking for the amount I paid. I asked how they got my number and called the original number twice and no action was taken. Neither of these numbers are from the company and at no point when I scheduled it was I told it would be a random subcontractor. I’ll be following up with the better business bureau because my information is now with another person clearly not associated with the company and I was totally taken advantage by someone who has no capability to do this work.

I thought u was working with a local business and it seems like just a front for rando gig people who bought a few old cleaners.

And just when I thought the scene couldn't get any more interesting, they brought out their heavy-duty steam cleaners. Miguel and Billy attacked the stains with such intensity, it was like watching a superhero movie, only with less capes and more cleaning solutions. Here's the best part - not only did they eliminate all the stains from my carpet, they also managed to make it smell fresher than a pine forest after a rain shower. It was so fresh, I half expected woodland creatures to come out of nowhere, that's how good it smelled! So, if you ever find yourself in a messy situation (hey, it can happen to anyone), do yourself a favor and call George & Sons Carpet Cleaners. They'll turn your carpet cleaning crisis into a comedy of cleanliness, leaving you with a feeling of fresh-carpet euphoria!
