Gerbers Home Furnishings

We needed a couch to fit our park model and Flexsteel had a model we liked. They helped us through the fabric selection process which is often difficult- so many colors and options! But the owner listened to our needs and showed us the ones that would work perfectly! When we got it home, it looked beautiful in our space. We shopped American and Ashley and Lazy boy for months. Gerber’s was the only store that had the product size we needed. They made the process effortless. Highly recommend!

I love the fact that Gerber's Home Furnishings is local to my town and that they have been a reputable business for over 25 years! The selection and quality of their furniture as well as their prices are second to none. If they don't have what you are looking for in stock they will order it. We just received a beautiful leather chair that we special ordered in the leather and color we wanted and it was worth the wait! Give Gerbers a try!

Mr Gerber was very helpful with placing my order. He even called the manufacturer to see if they had discontinued fabric. They had enough and were able complete my order with my fabric choice. Estimated timeline for completion was spot on. Delivery date and time were perfect. Would highly recommend Gerber Furniture to others.

1/9/2024 I have uploaded pictures of our "repaired" chair as well as a picture of the other chair that had no issues. This is a Gerber Furnishings issue after the repair by their service man. This chair cost $1,899 dollars. Dave Gerber has asked me to remove this review but if I were a customer I'd want to know about other peoples experiences especially when it ends up like this. Looking back we should have insisted on a replacement or refund from the very beginning I didn't want to be difficult so I gave Dave a chance to make it right unfortunately we are the losers. 6/22/23 We purchased 2 of these IMG chairs July 2022. 3 weeks after delivery there was a quality issue with one of the seats it had a huge hump in it. Dave Gerber tried to get the rep to do something no luck I emailed the factory and the rep stepped up and a new seat was ordered in September 2022. SO 1 year later on 6/21/2023 the replacement arrives and this is what we are left with. A bigger problem than we had in the beginning. I could never recommend these chairs from IMG and especially not in a fabric. Dave has tried to fix the problem but looking back the chair should have been taken back and sent in for repair or replacement in the beginning. My 1 star review belongs to IMG I believe Gerbers is a good small family owned business but none the less we are left with a mess.

Finally stopped at Gerbers after passing by for many year's. Quite surprised at what I found. During a very hectic move with a death in the family and most of my furniture damaged and lost I found and purchased just what I liked with help of the owner

Fantastic Family owned and operated furniture store! I found this store by searching on line for a store that carries good quality brand names; in the Phoenix area. The website is comprehensive and user friendly! The service via email and in person was beyond exceptional!! (I dealt almost exclusively with Brady- he was prompt to reply, thorough and always remained pleasant-even when I bombarded him with questions!) The sleeper we ended up ordering came in sooner than expected; with zero issues and was installed for us. We are very happy that we found this store! We would absolutely recommend Gerbers Home Furnishings!!

Awesome shopping experience. We got exactly what we order and it looks great in our living room. The delivery went flawlessly and was delivered earlier than expected.
