We are so pleased with the work I was so excited for tonight's sunset to really get the full effect! Jacob and his team were amazing! I sent an inquiry to Gleam Electrical using their website's information request form on 9/30. I followed up with a phone call on 10/8 and left a voice message. I have not received a reply. Based on this experience, it's hard for me to believe this company has truly earned a 5-star rating on Google with 200+ reviews. 10/29 update: I received a call from a Gleam customer support person apologizing for her failure to contact me. She took full responsibility and offered to schedule a field technician to meet at my home, which I accepted. The field tech came today. I was very appreciative of her sincere apology and her and the field tech's quick response. He was very helpful, polite, and thorough in explaining their product and installation process and provided a professional and transparent quote. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and courtesy are rare today, but they delivered all of this and more. I'm changing my initial 1-star rating to 5-stars.
