9/6/24. Avoid this location, horrible customer service experience or lack of. Lady at this location was unhelpful, lazy and plain rude.

We went up to an employee after 30 minutes of ZERO customer service. We just had a couple questions about the brands and sizing of the ceiling fans that we were interested in.

Woman employee - "Well there's a whole room of them: theres 42s", 52s", 60s". All while sitting in her office chair, didn't even bother to stand up to help or guide us. THEN she proceeds to finally get off of her lazy bottom to walk away to help a more "well off" looking customer.

No crap there a whole room full of different sizes! Can you elaborate? HELP? or give us some more information LADY. Were just trying to buy a ceiling fan! This place likes to judge customers by their covers.

If you like only receiving only 90% of your product, then getting ghosted, this is the spot for you. They give Comcast a run for their money in terms of customer service.

Globe Lighting and especially Jordan are true class acts when it comes to excellent service (which is all too rare these days, in general).

I went in recently with a lighting issue and Jordan took the time to explain what the issue was, what info he needed from me to fix it and what my options where.

I came back the next day and we got it done.

And I should go back in time a bit, as to when I was remodeling my home a couple of years ago, and went there many times. Jordan was there and always helpful and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars by ordering some sconces through them, instead of if I went directly to the sconce maker's website.

Whether they are dealing with a $1000 sale or a $10 sale, they treat you like a valued customer!

Kudos to Jordan C and all the folks at Globe Lighting! I was searching (with significant frustration) for a replacement part for a halogen fixture that had been damaged during a remodel. Where others had shrugged and said "we don't do parts," Jordan listened to my need, then pulled open his bottom desk drawer and gestured: "Are any of these about the right size?" Perfect! I tried to pay for the parts but he waved it off. "It's hard to invoice for stuff like that. Just take them." Superb customer service and generosity. They're getting the rest of my remodel business, for sure.

I had recently purchased some deeply discounted sconces from another retailer in town. The fixtures were missing some hardware and had some scuffs. Fortunately I was able to fix ‘em right up with a trip to the hardware store AND a visit to Globe Lighting, where a very helpful associate, Jordan, knew exactly what I needed (a shade ring and spacer). He was pleasant on the phone and very confident the solution would work, and when I came in, he proved it! Very happy with the final result and I couldn’t have done it without them. Highly recommend this location!
