Gray’s Furniture is the best in town. Their selection is big. If they don’t have what your looking for in the store they will order it. I have furnished my house with their furniture. Everything I have bought has been great quality. The owners of the store are beyond helpful and friendly. Porterville is lucky to have a business like them in town.

Personally working in sales it is always important for the salesmen to repeat by customer referrals. My mom and dad have been shopping From Gray's Since the dawn of time lol. John is a great individual to work with. Whenever my first mattress that i bought there gave out on me, he guided me in on a couple other pieces of furniture i needed. I explained to him what had happened and he made me a very good deal on my next purchase!! fully satisfied, the items are of very good quality. Thank you grays furniture. I've known the Grey family for just a few years.very courteous and generous people. I wouldn't buy furniture from anywhere else! I read they are more reasonable in prices than most...I didn't know that...but what I do know is that they delivered free, with very personable and capable delivery guys. ( I guess they train them well!) And, on a further note, I've never received a more COMFORTABLE, elegant and classy couch and loveseat set in ALL OF my life...and yes, the price was reasonable!. (Thank you for saving my BACK!) They CARE about PEOPLE!

If I could give it 10 starts i definitely would. Great customer service. The owner personally came to our house to look at the couches we had purchased a year ago and fixed our recliner.

well 2 months are passed by and we are still waiting for the main part of the couch to be fixed. I called 2 weeks ago seems like we were forgotten about, was promised again we would have them fixed in a week and they never came. Im so disappointment since im always recommending family and friends to them.
