I heard the blade drop and immediately ran outside to move my car to a super kind gentleman! He kindly gave me time to move so he could get a good removal of the snow in our lot. He also noticed me cleaning my car off down the way and offered a snow brush to help! He also took the time to get out and shovel to make it look more “neater”. Very professional! Craig and his team provide great service for our property at Cool Air. They have been incredibly reliable all winter with the heavy snowfall and have gone above and beyond to provide additional snow clearing to free up space in our lot. I have used them for my personal home as well when my current snow removal provider was unable to get to me and they beat them to it.
