We recently completed a major home renovation with Greenberg Construction and I'm happy to recommend their services. From start to finish, they provided an outstanding experience. The integrated design and construction process was invaluable - their designers helped us envision possibilities and make decisions that aligned with our style and budget before the hammering began.

The design phase took several weeks, but the meticulous planning and attention to detail paid off enormously during the renovation. The designers walked us through fabulous finishings at their showroom, offering flexibility with various options while guiding us toward high-end choices that suited the home. Ohad, our patient project manager, kept us looped in on timelines and changes, explaining issues thoroughly and providing solutions tailored to our needs and budget.

When we opened up the walls and floors, we inevitably faced some surprises that required adjustments. However, Ohad and his crew handled these seamlessly, delivering options that allowed the project to move forward without compromising the beautiful plans. Communication excelled throughout the months-long project. The one measurement mishap discovered at the very end was promptly corrected by the crew.

While a home renovation with Greenberg comes at a premium, their flawless design work, custom material sourcing, careful construction, and stellar management delivers extraordinary outcomes that reflect the investment. My husband and I could not be more thrilled with the reimagined space that we will enjoy for years to come thanks to their expertise. We hired Greenberg Construction to do a full kitchen remodel and also a partial remodel of the rest of our home. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Everything looks fantastic. Ohad and Ginadi who led the project couldn't have been better to work with, they were both extremely responsive and very friendly to work with. All the workers who were here were very professional, and did a good job to work around all of our pets which was important. We have a guest bathroom we plan on remodeling later this year and we will not hesitate to use Greenberg again.

Nothing ever turns out like you might have expected or hoped in home remodeling. That's why we hired Greenberg Construction and are glad we did. Maor and Luis always stand by their work and are fair when it comes time to make an unexpected change -- and we had many and had to navigate through several problems. Our job was a big one. In the end, we got a complete rebuild of our home from the ground up, doubled its size, and added a second story (a $1M+ job including allowances - we did splurge here and there). We also removed everything but dirt from the front and back yard and had them put in all new landscaping and hardscaping. Maor was just as impatient as we were to get things done on time. And he is very fair. Maor will never cheat you and will always be upfront about what he is getting out of the deal. Remodeling our house was one of the most difficult things we've ever been through. But if we do it again, we would certainly hire Greenberg.

After a nightmare inside remodel with another company, working with Greeberg Construction for our outdoor remodel was a total 180. They were professional, honest, organized, stuck to the schedule, and great problem-solvers. Whenever unforeseen issues came up (which several did), Maor and his entire team handled them efficiently and creatively. All of the subs (electrician, carpenters, painters, plumbers) were trustworthy, reliable, and talented. Maor has great relationships with the folks at Belmont City Hall and also with some plumbers in the area. He was able to obtain all of our permits and inspections quickly. We are incredibly happy with how everything turned out and grateful we found Greenberg Construction. I would not hesitate to use them for anything again or recommend them to others. They can handle any size project from tear-down and rebuild, total remodel, additions, outdoor landscaping, indoors...anything. Even though Maor is extremely busy, we felt as though our project was a priority for him and he was always available via phone or text with any issues we had. He is quick to respond via email and/or phone and he is extremely detail-oriented. We even had an emergency one night when our old water heater wouldn't light and he came to our house at 7:30pm on a weekend to fix it for us (we later upgraded to tankless, per his suggestion). During the entire process of our remodel, we felt like we could really trust not only Maor, but also everyone he sent to our home. They may not be the cheapest around, but we have learned the incredibly hard way that you get what you pay for. They treat their employees and their customers well. Before our remodel, the outside of our house and yard might have been the ugliest in Belmont. But now, we love them!

Our project involves tearing down our existing home and building a new house on a hillside lot. After interviewing different builders, we realized Greenberg Construction is in a league by themselves. In addition to offering most of the relevant services (architectural design, 3D modeling, structural engineering, … and assistance with interior design), they fully comprehend and assist with cost vs. value tradeoffs. They really care and walk the talk because they have depth and breadth in both skills and experience. We hired Greenberg in early October with an almost impossible schedule of architecting our new house, going through our city’s hearing and approval process, engineering the structural plans, and submitting to the city’s building department before the city’s Dec 20 deadline (Major new building codes take effect on Jan 1, 2020). We had less than three months to achieve what normally takes upwards of one year. Rather than tell us we have an impossible task, Greenberg took it upon themselves to achieve success. This magical turn-around involved daily architectural revisions and parallel structural engineering, all with a clam and supportive attitude. Working around the clock (we were getting updated plans at 4am), Greenberg delivered and we achieved our building department stamp on Dec 18, 2019. Thus far our experience has been like a fairy tale, and we are confident the rest of our journey will be just as successful.

Greenberg Construction has set a remarkable standard for ‘post-build care’ and ongoing support, five years after the initial build of our family home. Their commitment to excellence extends far beyond the completion date, as they constantly engaged with ongoing enhancements, and were always there for us to fix things which unexpectedly broke (HVAC, sump pump, boiler, etc). Whether it's installing a Drop Connect Home Water Filtration System, facilitating a new dishwasher installation, or landscape enhancements, they approach each request with the same level of care and expertise that they showed on the initial project. This level of dedication transforms the typical contractor-client relationship into a genuine partnership with the owner of the company popping by at a moments notice in an emergency.
