The store was nicely set up. The staff were super friendly. Very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable.
We needed a new bed now sort of thing, and didn't want to wait even one more day... And even though it was late in the day and the delivery driver was still out on a full schedule they accommodated us and still went out of there way with a personal truck and delivered us that bed right after purchase. I was amazed. Great customer service great value and the bed is super comfy.... Thank you Griffin's, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Dan and Sara are the best😁

Called Griffins Furniture this morning to fix my adjustable bed! It had gotten stuck in the upright position. I had to sleep with it like that. Kept sliding down all night! Dan tried to talk me through the reset but I was doing it backwards. So in less then ten minutes one of his guys showed up and fixed it. Then took the time to walk me through the procedure in case it happens again. I have purchased 3 beds. 2 dining room table sets. 2 recliners and a lift recliner. Best place for furniture around. Service if needed is awesome. Thanks Griffins I’m a customer for life!!!
