Samantha is a genuine person, very polite and patient. My husband and I went here not knowing exactly what we wanted, but keeping our family size in mind (we have 4 kids) and through great communication she was able to recommend the best for our family. I will definitely recommend family and friends to shop at Guadalajara Furniture in San Bernardino.

The Manager offered to arrange the delivery right away and made the arrangements personally.

We were offered water and candy.

I purchased from this store when it was on inland center drive. I bought a mattress with the furniture I bought and have only used it for 3 months. They do not last. It was for my son and he already feels uncomfortable from the springs. I would suggest purchasing mattresses elsewhere. I paid a lot for this not to last even a year. As for frame, so far so good. Hopefully, it will be better than the mattress.

Hosted a “free family event” just to treat families poorly. What is the point of advertising it on the radio? Terrible customer service makes me never want to buy from you guys. A joke for a place that can’t treat people correctly.
