We worked with Zach at GW Lighting and he was just what we needed! He went out to our house to look around before hand. I had a couple of things picked out in books that I liked and he was able to figure my style quickly. He walked us around the shop and told us what he thought would look great in each area of the house. He was spot on! It was just what I needed for my indecisive mind!

Items preselected by staff,requested a print out so I would know what was in the boxes. After leaving discovered lights were NOT included, called the store and had to return to obtain the lights, no apology offered

Ordered lights 5 weeks ago due in in 3. Never heard back from them at all. Going to try to find them elsewhere. Very disappointing service. The customer service received to make this right by the owner was excellent.
I'm moving my star rating from a 1 to a 4.
