Love this store and Gail!! High quality furniture. I was looking for solid wood tables and Gail helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They didn’t have in stock what I was needing so she was quick to get them on order for me. She has an amazing eye for detail and is so very helpful! Would def recommend Gail and H3 for all your home furnishing/decor needs.

It was a very good buying experience for my Lazy Boy recliner. My sales pro Judith did a nice job helping with my purchase. I'm an analytical personality so she was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. Delivery was efficient and timely as promised. A great place to start and end if you have a need for furniture. Hope this helps and you feel like you get the same value from your experience.

Had recently moved to the area and needed a bed. Can not say enough about the friendly staff while shopping and they went above and beyond to get our bed delivered asap so we didn’t have another night on an air mattress. I highly recommend H3, and Judith especially. We bought a beautiful couch and love seat set but after a couple of days I decided it wasn’t as comfortable as I wanted. When I called she was happy to take it back and we picked out another set. We were able to order it with the color leather I wanted as well. She was very patient with me, especially when the entire family came to sit and evaluate the new selection!

I worked with Pat and told her pretty much what I was looking for over the phone. I HATE shopping. I told her I wanted leather in warm tones. I also mentioned we are tall and prefer big and tall furniture.

When I walked in the store she took me to exactly what I was looking for! She showed me other options, but it wasn't necessary because she communicated and understood so well, she knew exactly what I wanted.

I'm very happy with our new sofa and recliners. Not only are they welcoming and beautiful, they are so comfy!

When I ordered my recliners, I was told it would be July before they could get them in. They were delivered today. June 28th. Much sooner than the July date I was first given.

The delivery guys did a great job! They pulled into our shop drive and carefully backed to our driveway. They even took care not to drive on the edge of our lawn!!

Judith was so knowledgeable, and went the xtra mile in letting us fabric swatches and carpet samples. It was so useful seeing the colors in my home. Lighting really is different in different settings. Wonderful
