Talk about customer service. I’ve never experienced the kind of customer service that Romona provided me out of the Santa Barbara showroom location, we spent a months looking for the perfect cabinet for our primary bathroom. She took it upon herself to call the warehouse to get actual sizes and pictures of cabinet before I purchased it. So I wouldn’t have any regrets. And she was right this piece was stunning. It was delivered by the actual store - not third party. They handled it like a national treasure and with how stunning it is… it feels like a nation treasure. I’m so lucky to have this piece in our home and we couldn’t have done it without habitat. I’m so thankful and can’t wait to purchase again from them. Who knew furniture could bring so much happiness.

I'm absolutely in love with my couch from Habitat. Every step of the process was a delight, from communicating with the workers in the store through delivery. The delivery team was perfectly on time and kindly got my couch exactly where I needed it in the house. The couch is incredibly comfortable and the fabric is soft and high-quality.
