The people who work here are SO KIND!! Chrissy was super helpful in helping me with some scrap wood to get my car off the ground and change my flat. If you need anything just go up and ask for some help ! Super nice people, I never felt like a burden even asking for free wood.

I was recommended to come here by Home Depot! This is a very clean place, you will not be disappointed coming here. I found things I've been trying to find for a while here. David was so helpful he knew what I was looking for just by saying what I was trying to do. Every employee in this store is terrific. I went all around this store. The rental center is spacious, they have a locksmith area an area! The garden center is on point with everything you would want including advice, checkout was a breeze. The inside and outside is very clean. I highly recommend this store to anyone with a home,

I love shopping at True Value Florrissant but was not happy to unpack my recent purchase...which you True Value Florrissant packed in a box. It was on the floor as a display and looked beautiful. I picked it up a day later and you had packed in a box...without care I can see!

Just want to give a shout out to my local Handyman Hardware store!! The Service desk has a two week wait on screen replacement...I did not want to wait on fresh air=) Your staff cut a piece of screen and spline for me to do it myself. Thanks for walking me through it!!

I spoke with a Customer Servive rep in the garden dept. about a dying rose in my front yard that was dedicated to my Mom. I did not want to lose the climbing rose. He gave me good advice on how to take care of the rose. This is a picture of the climbing rose. It is an "Above all climbing Rose". Those were my Moms favorite word, "Above all I can't do nothing without my God." She died 05/09/2016. I believe his name was Bill, or Scot, or Bob. Thank you so much.

I rented a Dingo machine while working out of town. The rental process was straightforward, and I was headed back to our jobsite fairly quickly. Upon arrival, we unloaded the machine, and it ran fine, but after about 10 minutes, it would sputter and stall. I called Jeff from the rental department, and he showed up quickly. He believed the fuel gauge was off, so he went to get more gas. This still didn't fix the problem. It would start but soon sputter out and stall. Jeff called their mechanic Darryl, and he came out and found the problem and said he wouldn't leave until we were able to finish our task. We quickly were able to move our equipment into place and load the rental machine back up with no issues. The customer service here is phenomenal, and they were quick to address the problem so we could get our job back on track. We will definitely rent equipment here next time we are in the area. Things don't always run smoothly on the jobsite, but the way they handled this minor inconvenience was top-notch. Thanks again, Handyman True Value Hardware!

It's small but powerful place to shop. Better than Home Depot. They are very helpful to find anything and they have tool rental. Don't know what we would do without them.
