We shopped at the Jonesboro AR. Location of Hanks. Kaleb Newberry was our Sales agent. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was aware and caring of our every need and listened carefully to our every want! He went above and beyond the call to ensure that all our needs were met. We are very happy with the service he provided and the prices were extremely reasonable. I cannot say enough how pleased we are and he made us feel that he truly cared. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had while buying furniture.

Michelle Donner is incredible!! Helped my family and I find the PERFECT new couch and loveseat set. We shopped at multiple stores and began to lose hope when she saw us searching and took in every detail we had in mind and found us not one option, but multiple where other stores failed to even provide one. We had to think so hard on what we wanted because she showed us so many great options. She was incredible company too and made the experience so fun and nice and got us set up so fast with our new set, delivery date and all. Thank you Hanks for your great deals and for hiring awesome employees like Michelle! 🙂

Best experience I’ve had furniture shopping. I knew what I wanted for the most part before I went in the store, and just needed to find a recliner to match the set I wanted. Our salesman Clayton Hales was very knowledgeable about the inventory, and was able to find us the perfect power recliner for my husband. We were in and out in 30 minutes probably with a scheduled delivery for our new living room furniture. Couldn’t be happier with our experience, and can’t wait for my delivery!!

Well Hanks Fine Furniture in Jonesboro, AR is definitely not your typical shopping experience, Clayton greeted us gave us the sale info and just let us shop, didn’t hover ask a bunch of questions but was always around if we needed him. And Honesty is top of the list at Hanks you want to know about manufacture, build of the products just ask. We purchased exactly what we wanted no pressure to up sale or buy other products. 100% will buy from Hanks again next time I won’t waste my time driving all over Jonesboro to shop around… Thanks a lot Clayton you and the whole team are top shelf.
