We came to Hauser’s Patio to get some swivel/rocker chairs fitted with new slings. We had done this work ourselves in the past, but it is very hard work, and easy to damage the chairs. I chose and bought slings from a different supplier online, but Hauser’s were very happy to work with these.

The first thing that I loved was the pricing. Pickup and delivery of 6 chairs for only $95. Then fitting the slings was $60 per chair. When we did the work ourselves, it took at least 3 hours per chair for 2 people (unskilled, but with the right tools – stretcher bar etc) working on it. So, $60 per chair seemed very fair.

Jesus and Nathan came to pick up the chairs. They wanted to come earlier than our original appointment, but they were very good about communicating and working with our schedule. They were very careful, friendly and respectful of our property. They were also very helpful in making suggestions for any future repairs that we may need. They got work on the chairs as soon as they got back to their workshop.

I called Hauser’s a couple of days after the pick up, to check on my understanding of the pricing. I was greeted by a very friendly voice (Jeremy) and given confirmation of the pricing, plus an update on the progress. Nathan was working on our project, and was almost done. I was amazed! It turns out that the friendly voice belongs to the owner – not often that the owner answers the phone in a business like this. Kudos to him.

A day or so later, our chairs were returned to us. Pricing was exactly as quoted, with a few extras for replacement of broken plastic parts. Excellent service. The chairs will probably need recoating in the near future and the delivery guys were able to give us a very rough estimate of how much that would cost for aluminum powder coating. Really good service all around, and we are very happy with Hauser’s!

I placed an order for outdoor dining chairs via Google as my local vendors didn't have the best prices on what I needed. The shipping timeframe didn't meet Google's deadlines so they cancelled the order, unbeknownst to me. I phoned Hauser's and they graciously offered to complete my order directly with them, updating me on the shipping timeframes from the manufacturer. As another small business owner myself, I appreciate their timely responses, kind and professional demeanor, especially at year 3 into Covid delays on shipping & receiving. I received my beautiful new chairs 3 months out, right around when expected & just in time for Seattle summer weather! Thanks Hauser's for the great service & beautiful new patio furniture.

Stopped in to Hauser’s fairly close to closing time. We were so happy to find a patio set that checked all of our boxes for design and comfort. Jonathan made sure we didn’t feel rushed and was great answering our questions, printing us specs, and sharing details about the set. Since we needed to go home and measure, we said we would return the next morning. Jonathan was there and again, he was so friendly, professional and accommodating. We ended up finding the perfect rug, too. We will definitely go back to Hauser’s when we are ready for an articulating umbrella. Their selection looked good. Equally important is how well we were treated. Jonathan and others we encountered there were terrific.

I am the chairperson for the New Pool Furniture committee of our HOA. Our committee visited several showrooms to look at furniture and get quotes to present to our HOA board to replace 20+ year old furniture. We were lucky to find Jesus at Hauser's Patio who was so helpful, patient with our (sometimes conflicting) committee, well informed, and able to point out the pro's and con's for our commercial application. The pricing was more competitive than any other showrooms we visited, and the follow-up and customer support has been amazing!
