Cheryl was absolutely wonderful to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and was beyond patient with us. She even took extra time to lay out several different furniture layouts to help with our decision. We found the perfect sectional and art for our new home. Highly recommend Cheryl and Haverty’s. Outstanding experience at the Rogers Havertys furniture store in Promenade. Niala produced an amazingly accurate layout of our living room, then cleverly designed furniture we wanted in the colors and textures that fit us.
Jeff was our salesman who provided expert, friendly advice and helped us purchase exactly what we wanted.
We’ve been disappointed with other stores, mostly due to the quality of the product. We barely got three years out of our previous purchase before the furniture fell apart.
Furniture delivery was inside of two weeks from purchase. The delivery men took care to set all the furniture per the design, with great care, and they were even ahead of time.
We cannot express strongly enough how great the staff and quality of furniture are at Havertys. Fantastic experience!

Best furniture shopping experience I've ever had. Cheryl was the Best. Very professional. She helped me with every detail. She spent 3 hours with me and never acted rushed. Please ppl, do not buy any warranties, it’s a scam. I’ve bought a 5-year warranty for my couch; first they said they will cover everything, like scratches, torn up places, and etc., but when I called the company, nothing was covered at all.

Spoke to Lindsay in the home store in Rogers wanted to surprise family member and pay for his furniture purchase For a Christmas surprise which was over $10,000. Believe it or not, they will not take a payment over the phone even though we share the same name. Could this Be why they have very bad customer service reviews? Come on Havertys! It’s the holidays get with the spirit of Christmas ?

We went to buy a new sofa and the sales consultant that assisted us as well as the woman that processed our payment were both absolutely delightful to work with! The store is beautiful and feels luxurious and the customer service is top notch!
