After a large remediation needed in our home in Sherman Oaks (after water damage) we were left with tore down flooring and walls in our upstairs bathroom and all of our living room and kitchen area. City Builders were the second company to give us a quote. Victor, the owner, explained to us the whole process by phone and sent his project manager to take measurements and scope out the areas needed remodeling. After two days we got our quote which was substantially lower than other contractors. With the difference we actually were able to remodel our downstairs bathroom as well. The whole process took two months (with delays from suppliers on finish materials) but in the whole process we felt comfortable and safe. The job was done flawlessly and we are happier than ever with the results. We recommended City Builders to our friends and family and we recommend them to all on the web.

On August we hired City Builders and Development to remodel our home. The project was to totally demolish and remodel our kitchen and replace the old cabinets with new custom cabinets as well as take down the well separating it from the living room and create an open space layout. By doing that we also replaced all the flooring in our home and also added 2 bathroom remodel. we just now finished the project and I wanted to share how amazing it came out. The custom kitchen came out amazing (we went with shingling finish) and the whole project took less than expected (Victor the project manager was able to pass all inspections fast). I highly recommend to use City Builders with any of your projects a true 5 star experience.

I was adamant on remodeling our kitchen (and adding about 100sqft for laundry room) and after we got about 8 quotes we decided to hire City Builders and Development. Victor and his crew are amazing at explaining the process and walked us through every step of our remodeling adventure. Victor helped with the design of the new kitchen layout and was with us at vendors selecting the finish materials and was so helpful in even helping with types of cabinet frames and closing mechanisms. My husband was impressed with all the new knowledge (he is very handy himself) and even learned a few installation tricks.

Kitchen came out exactly as we wanted. 10/10 or 5/5 🙂

City builders and development inc. did my commercial project (a 98 unit building) at downtown LA.
from foundation to finished units, city builders were totally dedicated.
All permits passed with ease and the project was finished 2 weeks ahead of time. Victor is an amazing manager, took charge and never settled. I was amazed with their great crew.
I highly recommend City builders for both commercial and residential projects!!!

We were searching for someone who can offer us an effectual remodeling service in our limited budget. Then, my sister-in-law told me about victor from City builders and development Inc. Actually, we wanted a room addition in our small house and we were not sure enough if our tiny home will really allow us to have another room. However, they made it possible! Amazing company , clean, and did a great job on my kitchen renovation. His price was competitive, and the job was precise as quoted. What was most impressive was their customer service. He was available anytime I had questions. We could not have been happier with the result.
