This review is a few months past due, but I have to say, if you want quality flooring, installation and fair pricing, than Hemet Flooring Plus is who you need to call. Ryan the owner had great communication and Wes the installer is a master at his craft. Every question I had was answered and their eye for detail was remarkable. The floor came out better than expected. If you're thinking about having new flooring installed, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. You won't regret it.

I had flooring installed by Hemet Flooring, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ryan, the owner/manager, was incredibly responsive and came out to give me a quote right away.

Wesley, the installer, was absolutely amazing. He worked so efficiently yet was extremely careful and precise in his craftsmanship. His attention to detail and helpful attitude really stood out.

Let’s start by saying that our floors look amazing, and I highly recommend Hemet Flooring. It’s easy to recommend them despite the fact that due to an unforeseen issue, our job ended up taking twice as long as expected and was anything but easy for any of us, my family, our cats, or the Hemet Flooring team. About 1/2 way in we ran into a slab issue that halted everything and caused the entire floor to that point to be removed until we could address the problem. After resolving the issue, the work resumed again. Our poor installer (Wes) had to start laying the floor all over again, but he refused to complain although I know it must have been a frustrating situation for him. I also believe that most other companies would have just finished the floor and not alerted us to the problem they uncovered. Ryan and Wes both said they would never do such a thing, even though it was very hard to tell us such bad news.

From what I can tell, every member of the Hemet Flooring crew have the highest standards when it comes to their work. Wesley has a great eye for avoiding repeating floor patterns and even caught a few blemishes and flaws in some of the planks and wouldn’t use them. He even had to redo several rows of floor just to replace a very small flaw in a piece that none of us had seen earlier. He never once complained and pretended not to be annoyed at my endless questions and nit-pickiness. After our big setback I was hyper stressed and worried about anything else going wrong, and Wes was just as patient as could be with me and explained everything, keeping my mind at ease.

Josh is new to the company and he got broken-in to the industry on our tricky job lol. He acted as a helper/apprentice to Wes and was also very nice the whole time. We would hear Wes instructing him on how to do things the right way. He’s learning from the best with a good company that doesn’t cut corners or take the easy way out. As a side note, our job overlapped with 2 trash days and on those mornings Josh even jumped in to help when he saw me bringing in our barrels.

Ryan (the owner) was always only a text away from start to finish. In addition to having a huge showroom with tons of samples, once the job started he came by several times to check on how the install was going. He also helped us navigate the process of selecting and ordering the stones for re-doing our fireplace as well. Jose and Alex did that, and like the rest of the team, they were also very polite, and improved the look of our fireplace tremendously. They even suggested a design change that created an even better look than the original plan. It’s clear that Ryan expects his crew to have the goal of making the customers happy AND doing things right. He has been in touch since the job too, following up with minor things that have come up. It’s good to know he doesn’t forget about his customers once he gets paid. No wonder they have such great reviews!

I received several flooring estimates from big and small companies before choosing Hemet Flooring Plus, and I could not have made a better choice. Ryan is passionate about flooring and customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and provided valuable experts advice on how best to transition from the dark laminate installed downstairs by the previous homeowners and the lighter flooring I wanted to replace the gross carpeting they left upstairs. He guided me toward matching dark laminate for the stairs and beautiful top-of-the-line luxury vinyl planks for upstairs. The shop has an unbelievably wide selection of flooring and he allowed me to take many samples home. His estimate was considerably lower than the other companies. It included touches the others didn’t even mention, such as premium moulding, and there was minimal deviation in the final price. Installation by Michael was lightning-fast, painless, and beyond flawless. He and his crew installed about 1,000sf of flooring - including stairs and two bathrooms - and moulding in four days. I looked hard for imperfections because that seems to be what people complain about the most, and this installation was beautiful and flawless. It felt great going with a small, local, hard-working family business that is dedicated to its craft and its customers. There’s no way I would have gotten this level of service and quality from a big chain company. Hemet Flooring Plus is the only call you should make.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Ryan and his team at Hemet Flooring Plus are amazing! We absolutely love our kitchen and it is now where we spend the most time, thanks to Ryan's quality work and great eye for design!

We got multiple quotes to redo our kitchen and the floors on the first floor, and not only did HFP come in at an extremely reasonable price, but Ryan gave off such great vibes -- we knew we had to pick him.

Sure enough, he went beyond our expectations! He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to quickly make a 3D model to go along with the quote. He tweaked it with our requests, whereas other contractors were not willing to make a model until we agreed to work with them. Once we signed with Ryan, he quickly got the work scheduled and the project was over in a flash! His pricing is extremely reasonable, his workers were extremely professional, and they delivered really high-quality results. I loved how responsive Ryan was via text, and he never made me feel annoying with any of my questions or requests.

We were most nervous about the cabinets, because I have seen others redo their kitchen and get low quality, but Ryan's cabinets are beautiful and clearly very high-quality. The flooring was also done extremely well. We had our upstairs floors done by a different contractor and had to have them come back to fix several poorly sized boards. Ryan got it right the first time with no need for touch ups!

We did notice just a couple of back splash tiles were not leveled properly, and when I told Ryan, he apologized profusely and sent someone out the very next day to fix it -- I was amazed! Other contractors have taken weeks to rectify work that was far worse than this little detail, but Ryan had it addressed immediately at no extra charge. (I honestly didn't even expect anyone to fix it! Pleasant surprise!) When Ryan says he stands by his work always, no matter how long after the project, he means it!!

We are highly satisfied and look forward to working with HFP to redo bathrooms in the future!

Exceptional work by Ryan and his team. The hardwood floors in my mountain cabin are flawless. I'm over the moon. Much nicer than I expected. And Ryan is so uncomplicated and easy to work with. I used this team to install tile on the 2nd floor of my home including the stairs. The whole team from the CEO, the salesperson of the tile, to the install team, all of them very professional and we're simply so nice. They did a fantastic job in the installation of the tile.
