Amy and Chad are extremely organized and pay very close attention to detail. Their taste in design elements are unique but never overbearing. Working and collaborating with them is great, they are extremely responsive, adaptable and always answer the phone. Additionally, they have consistently made themselves available for onsite consultation, and continually act as team players even under stress. 100 percent recommend. They aren’t the cheapest, but the service they provide is impecable.

What can I say about amy and chad, other than OUTSTANDING. We had a fixer upper project, with the goal of turning it into a short term rental. From the first day, they listened with complete attention to detail, as to what we were looking for and what we hoped the space would become. With quite a big project on our hands, naturally, you're going to be nervous. Not only did they take into consideration all of our deadlines, budgetary constraints, nuisances- but they actually delivered. Many vendors will tell you what you want to hear, but Amy and Chad treated the place like their own and delivered on each and every request we had. They have turned the space into exactly what we hoped for- and actually, even better. Their communication was articulate, detailed, and timely. They worked with our budget, and never pushed us to an expensive item ( like many designers can). We are so grateful for working with a team that truly made us feel comfortable. It is hard to invest so much time and money into something if you feel like you do not have the right team working alongside you. With Amy and Chad, we felt like we were truly working alongside friends from day 1. We are so thrilled with our results and recommend them to everyone!

I have worked with Amy and Chad over the past year on multiple interior design projects and they are fantastic. I originally hired them to do interior design work on my personal home and they did a wonderful job and Very professional. Amy and Chad were amazing to work with! They designed our kitchen and bathroom remodel. They provided great options to help us make our remodel decisions and were patient when I was indecisive. They helped with layout, material and color selection, and finding contractors to complete the remodel. The remodel is complete and turned out amazing! We love our new kitchen and bathroom!

We worked with Het Hout to set up our AirBnB. They have great taste, and did a great job, but that wasn't really what set them apart. What I appreciated was their friendly nature and interaction style, and also that they were also detailed, thorough and organized. They were fantastic, and I'd love to work with them again if and when the opportunity arises.

When our contractor first suggested using Het Hout Interiors to help design, I was apprehensive. But being that I had no real plans, other than it was past time to remodel, we agreed. I can confidently say that this was the best use of money in our budget. Of course, I am loving our "new" home, but Amy and Chad made the whole process so much easier and more fun. They listened to our wishes for simple and timeless decor, they took in our laid-back lifestyle, and made suggestions that fit us well. In fact, the very fact that they came with suggestions for tile, flooring, counters made everything so much easier because they really narrowed the choices and actually saved us both time and money. I highly recommend using Het Hout, and I will freely admit I still occasionally reach out to Amy for her thoughts as I begin to set things up.
