I purchased a Marquis hottub from Hibernation. Great service, professional installation, we are very happy with how it turned out. It was a very difficult place to lift and place the tub, too. Jeremy has a local team to take care of lift and electric work.

The most amazing service we’ve ever received for anything home related! We found ourselves with absolutely no heat mid January and were panicking to get things fixed and set up asap! We have two small kids and it was absolutely freezing in our home. I put in a phone call to Jeremy and he did everything in his power to help us get heat. He moved so quickly. We met Friday and by Wednesday we had a completely new unit installed. The guys that completed the installation were friendly and knowledgeable as well. I will continue to use Hibernation for years to come. I feel so fortunate to have been able to use their services! Thank you 🙏🏻

Exceptional work! Not only both of our gas stoves got regulated, so they work properly, but the guy disassembled, vacuumed and wiped each and every part! Stoves look and work like new now. I am very impressed and highly recommend this company.

We just had a new Lopi wood burning stove installed by Hibernation Stoves and Spas in Arnold California. They are an approved vendor for Calaveras County Woodsmoke Reduction Program which saved us $1,500.00, paid directly to Hibernation from the County. The complete installation from hearth to cap occurred in one day, and looks great. We’re very pleased we chose them.

I contacted Hibernation Stove to service the gas stove fireplace I purchased from them back in 2016. Jeremy, the owner, was very responsive and scheduled a service call for me within a week or so. Austin arrived on time, performed the maintenance service and addressed a problem with my remote control starter. He was very professional and friendly, and did a very thorough job. I’m very pleased with the service he provided. He’s definitely an asset to the company. I feel very confident recommending this business.
