From the minute we met with Estella to discuss reupholstering our 2 barrel chairs, we knew we were in great hands with this family owned business. She so knowledgeable and patient and has a great design sense. She was able to narrow down our choices and had some great ideas. We picked a fabric we loved only to find it out of stock, but Estella persevered until she found it on the East Coast.

Two great guys picked up our chairs a couple days later and returned them within six days!! Two other shops told us it would be 6 to 8 weeks. The upholstery is gorgeous and workmanship is flawless. This place rocks!

Hillcrest Upholstery did an absolutely amazing job at reupholstering the cushions for my sofa and chair. They even created a custom cushion that is the perfect fit and look for the chair. Their work is excellent. The customer service is exemplary. And they completed the work quickly. The bonus is the free pickup and delivery.
If you are looking for an excellent upholsterer and for a very reasonable price, then Hillcrest Upholstery is the place for you!

I reached out to this shop to alter my sofa cushion to a smaller size and they did a great job! I brought in my cushions on a Wednesday and was told it would be done by Friday and they actually finished one day early which was a lovely surprise. The cushion looks like it was never altered! In addition, their staff was very nice and a wonderful gentleman helped me bring in the cushions and also bring them out to my car when I picked them up, which was a nice and very appreciated gesture. I would definitely use their services again.

Called them on the phone, they gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame to have the seat cushions of my sofa rebuilt.
I took my 6 cushions there, picked the foam I wanted, gave a deposit and 3 days later, as promised, my cushions were done.
No hidden fees, didn’t try to sell me anything.
BEST PART? They are a family run mom and pop business... wonderful people and I shopped locally.
The whole experience felt great. Looks like they can do anything in there. Keep them on your short list for all re-upholstery needs.
Plus, easy parking.

I’d write more, but I have to nap on my new cushions.....

This is not a fancy establishment, but you definitely get a sense of family operated. The quote I received was fast and easy, thank you Estela. The turnaround was promised to be no more than 2 weeks depending on the availability of the fabric I selected. It was done in 1 week. I am super pleased with the workmanship, especially the piping.
