Our basement flooded for the second year in a row so we requested help from Hillside Landscaping and Excavating. Sam responded right away and was great to work with. Then he sent Luke over to do an assessment. Luke was exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Luke and his team worked us in quicker than anticipated and they did an exceptional job with sealing our foundation and regrading our yard. We’ve had a lot of rain since and have not had any drainage problems at all! We highly recommend them! Thank you so much Sam, Luke, and your team!

Very pleased with the work done, especially as I kept expanding the scope after the job had started. Took longer than had planned, because of my added requests, and a garage foundation that was full of water. Drained and sealed it up, even though that wasn’t part of the original scope, and it didn’t cost me anymore even though they had to spend more time at my home. Best part is my property looks better now than before they arrived, most places just show up with heavy equipment, destroying your yard and then just recommend a landscaper to fix it. Very pleased with the service start to finish.

Be Careful with this contractor, he mis-diagnosed the problem in one of my buildings and wanted to charge me $23,200.00 where the problem was a leaking heat register. He did not bother to look in the crawl space (where the issue was), he just tried to sell me a french drain system. My ultimate fix only cost $1,850.00. If I could give this contractor a zero I would.
