Hinkley's Custom Lighting Store Scottsdale

I recently visited Hinkley's Custom Lighting Store in Scottsdale with my parents who recently moved to North Scottsdale Troon Area. We were impressed by the diverse selection of lighting options available. The showroom itself is an experience, with beautifully arranged fixtures that demonstrate how different types of lighting can transform a space. They offer everything from classic designs to modern innovations, making it easy to find something that suits any style or preference. Additionally, their catalogs provide even more choices and ideas for those who may not see exactly what they're looking for on display. I learned a lot just by speaking with the knowledgeable staff, who were eager to share insights on various lighting techniques and design tips. It’s clear they take pride in offering both quality products and valuable advice, helping customers make informed decisions about their home or project needs.

We have purchased lights and fans from Hinkleys for many years. Recently we had a customer service/warranty need and Skylar not only took great care of us, he provided excellent customer service.

I found these lights on the website, went into the store and they offered me them for a significantly cheaper than what I could online. Great customer service. In the picture. It's the ones over the island

We did not have a good experience. We worked with a staff member who did not follow through with problems…11 months out and a new build, full lighting package with Hinkleys and we still have fixtures not working…defensive response to problems.

I had the pleasure of visiting their beautiful showroom and had the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly reception possible. Even though I explained that I was from out of country (Canada) and couldn’t purchase Gail went out of her way to help me solve a lighting dilemma. I am positive that anyone entering their showroom will have a truly positive experience. I would go higher than a 5 star if possible!!!!
