We selected HM Interiors (Heather Maldonado) as the general contractor for remodeling three bathrooms at our 23 year-old home. We went with Heather after speaking with a neighbor and seeing the wonderful work done by HM on a much larger project. We met with Heather and discussed our ideas and asked her to provide a recommendation. Heather came back with a plan that we really liked and we were ready to start. Heather was by our side throughout the entire process; advising us as we selected materials and finalized the final design. No question was too small. We always had Heather’s full attention. She and her husband, Dan, checked in with us, in person, daily. This reinforced our confidence in our choices including selecting HM Interiors for the project. Heather and her subcontractors (all professional and personable) started and stayed on schedule from start to finish. They kept us informed each and every day on what was planned and what was completed. Our project included a major remodel of our primary bath and modest modifications to two other bathrooms. Finally, Heather is highly talented, very professional, and as well organized as any contractor we have ever worked with. We really enjoyed working with her and her team and of course, so pleased with our new en suite and refreshed guest bathrooms. We highly recommend HM Interiors. Thank you.

We had a big family change when we’re expecting our son AND moved into a bigger house. The house was a little out of date and Heather helped us update the kitchen and bathroom spaces. Her choice in design and contractors is a nothing short of exceptional. She’s always there to check in and responds to texts, calls or emails within 24 hours. She took a huge load off our backs and we love every bit of the work she’s done! Our 25 year old home was long overdue for a remodel. We selected Heather with HM Interiors as the general contractor for our project and could not have been happier with the experience and final results. Our remodel included tearing down an interior wall, completely gutting the kitchen, updating three bathrooms, laundry room and reworking of the fireplace wall in our family room. All of which took eight weeks! This quick timeline was due to Heather’s organization and ability to keep the subcontractors on track. All the trades people that Heather subcontracts with are superior tradesmen and work extremely well together. Heather communicated and listened to us when designing and implementing the design of our project. We could not be happier living in our reimagined home. Thanks Heather!

Heather provided high quality design advice and support through all of the design choices and materials choices. Note we even did this remotely in most all cases. Heather then provided superior General Contractor support for our Master Bathroom complete remodel, and remodeling the dining area. The projects turned out beautifully, we are really pleased with the whole project but the person she used for the mantle was fantastic. I'm not sure I would have found him without her connection.

Heather brought my dream home to life! Our house needed a makeover! After chatting with Heather about what I wanted, she created a design. She brought amazing ideas to our home design, including my floating bar, which is now one of my favorite pieces of the house. She even took me shopping, as she knew exactly what I wanted and where we needed to go. She then brought in the best contractors with quality products at a decent price. Heather made the process so smooth. We absolutely love being in our home and showing it off! We couldn't be happier!
