My husband and I decided to try this place out because of their big sale going on. Our shopping experience was great but as soon as we paid them it went down hill from there. We originally went to just get a new mattress set and decided to go ahead and purchase a sectional as well. They said they had to order the mattress and would deliver it all after the weekend which was no problem. Delivery day comes and I’m 100% sure 1 of the delivery drivers was on drugs as he kept making weird noises and just biting air..... They bring everything in and get it set up and I ask where the 3rd piece of my sectional was and get told oh there’s no third piece it’s a typo ect. Well a week later they call to tell me they found my 3rd piece of my sectional which I then had to drive to pickup myself and install myself once home (for the amount we paid for the sectional I wasn’t happy) Then to top it off our mattress didn’t feel right from day one. It was hard as a rock and killing my back worse than it already is. (We were purchasing a new mattress for that reason!) Well I finally get my husband to move The mattress Around and realize IT’S NOT THE RIGHT ONE. We paid A LOT for the mattress and needless to say I expected the right one to be delivered! They did get my correct mattress to me finally after almost a week and offered to give me store credit or refunded me some of my money. I tried to purchase other furniture pieces with the credit but he was pricing the items way higher then the advertised price so I finally just requested a refund which they did with a POST DATED check! So, needless to say I was worried the funds would even be in the bank. I then find out the owner not only knew that my mattress was wrong but told his employees to give me what they had in the back and not order the correct one! They did that the day I bought it bc after getting everything done my sales lady said oh it will have a different cover on it bc they changed it so don’t be alarmed ♀️ (the correct mattress they finally delivered looks exactly the same as the one in the show room. So no they didn’t change it) So they knew before I walked out of the store the day I purchased that they weren’t going to send my correct furniture that they were going to send me what they had in the back regardless of what it paid for and hope I didn’t notice. Needless to say I will not be back PERIOD. None of my delivery was correct at all because they didn’t want to order what I needed but had no problem taking over 5k from me.
