Excellent customer service. Much better experience than going to Home Depot. Thankful they were able to deliver an order same day, before Thanksgiving holiday.

About a month ago I took 2 screens in to get repaired, the person who helped us out told us it would take 16 days. Nearly a month later we got them back, almost double the amount of time that was originally promised. We called multiple times to check on the progress, each time we were basically just told to wait for the call and they would be ready when they were ready. Today was finally the day they were finished - we installed the screens and not even 2 hours later the screen had disconnected from the metal frame. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service and quality of the screens.

Homco is great! They have many brands HD doesn’t have, including hilti and festool. An abundance of specialty fasteners can be found. The selection of lumber isn’t the best. Mike in paint is really helpful. As is Makita in tools. Cookies and popcorn at the door are a nice touch. However…everyone should understand that ‘most’ used tools CANNOT be returned. Even if they are a 180 money back guarantee… Associates at the register should explain that to every single person that purchases a power tool.

Be careful using them for larger lumber projects like building a home. Homeco calculated our lumber needs for our new construction build and missed huge sections of the house. This was not noticed until we got our bank loan and started framing. Once we found out, Homeco didn't take any responsibility for it and we had to pay huge amounts out of pocket to make up for the lumber, (which was way more than their original bid from them). So, if you use them, make sure to get a second opinion. Try not to make the same costly mistake we made.

Would not give me a cash return although I could show the transaction and amount on my statement, had the same card present, and had valid identification.

Hands down the best hardware store in Flagstaff. Incredible service by modern standards. Support this business.

Negative 6,000 stars. Just got accused of stealing, and chased my car by an untrained employee, wow, there was six employees behind the counter. They were too busy talking to witness that I had just paid for The new item.

terrible customer service, Chris the “greeter” doesn’t take customer complaints. His quick response is “it’s not my problem”. How are you an employee wearing a name tag & saying it’s not your problem. If you’re not gonna work with customer or dismiss them. You shouldn’t be in customer service. Specially drove to flagstaff for an engraving & out of all the employees there the ONE person who is trained on it, left early. Why aren’t the managers trained? Why is it just ONE person, when they advertise engraving. disappointed with this ACE location.
