Absolutely do not waste your time with these guys. I ordered a mattress with the manager, was given a specific delivery date and a specific call-back date. After BOTH those days passed without a word from the store and no call-backs to my messages I finally got someone on the phone who said the mattress company hadn't delivered the mattress yet (and deflected all my questions as to why I was never called to be told this). When I was told it would be another week, minimum before I got my mattress I requested a refund. At which point I was told this woman would personally call the company and check on the status of my mattress and then she would call me back THE SAME DAY. I didn't hear a word from them for another few days and spent ages trying to call them when their phone would mysteriously ring through and then just hang up on me. Finally got a hold of the same woman and hear that my mattress arrived at the store a few days ago but I was never called.
They couldn't even give me a delivery date, let alone time and said they would email the drivers to call me about delivery. Stating that the truck might be full for this Saturday and that I might not get it until Wednesday. Again, when I said I want a refund she said all she could do right now is email the driver. When I told her I didn't trust her to do that based on past experience with her she offered a weak apology and said she would do it. I was cut off and ignored when I asked to speak to the manager.
