I’ve used the Home Lighting Store for various lighting requirements over the years and all items have been really good quality and value. This week I needed their help after I managed to break a glass lamp shade (bought elsewhere) and they found me a lovely replacement and then helped me further with the fitting of the lampshade after I mucked it up. Service was friendly, generous and efficient. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue today. It works and looks stunning. ?

I searched everywhere for the perfect lights for our kitchen and utility room. Awful advice from B&Q, no clue at Next, the Range was a dead loss… it was a complete nightmare. Being partially sighted, I needed proper advice for the right type of lighting for our long awaited kitchen renovation. Nowhere seemed to have a sensible range on display with knowledgable advisors - this is something I had to be able to see in advance. That is, until I came across James at Home Lighting UK in Christchurch. Incredible range of lights on display, friendly and helpful support to choose the right ones. Whilst visiting family in Christchurch the store was recommended to us. Having found the perfect light we were looking for and at the right price the item was shipped back tonYorkshire as agreed. Unfortunately some parts were damaged in transit and having the contacted the store and explained our predicament the said damaged items were replaced without question. Great service abd extremely pleased with the outcome. I can thoroughly recommend this store for all your lighting needs

Brilliant shop and great old fashioned customer service from the owner who waited on after closing so I could go and buy a light from him. Threw in a superb top quality bulb at no cost too.
So pleased to see customer service hasn’t quite died yet. We need more shops like this one!

Collected my pendant ceiling light from James this afternoon he managed to order and get it couriered really quickly for us.
