We stumbled across HSH one day while couch shopping when we saw a HSH car drive past us and decided to go check it out. We were immediately greeted by Ravi’s sweet smile and calm demeanor. We told her we were in a hurry that day but that we would return the following day to get a more detailed look. We were impressed by the fact that their furniture is made in the USA and more impressed by the 2-4 week turn around time. We were also super excited that we could potentially customize our sectional to exactly what we wanted. I gave Ravi my phone number and she texted me measurements of a couple couches we initially were interested in. We returned the following day and Ravi was ready to get to work. I loved how nobody was pushy like most furniture stores. They wanted to work with the budget we had and what WE wanted. We were able to customize everything down to the pillows. Ravi was so sweet and waved the fabric up charge because she knew how much that part meant to us. Everything arrived to our house in less than 3 weeks! & Arrived in the delivery time given. The delivery guys were quick and knew what they were doing. I will never buy furniture anywhere else. About an hour after delivery Ravi reached out just to make sure everything arrived as expected and made sure I was happy. To say I’m impressed with this business is an understatement. We will be returning for sure. Thank you Ravi and thank you Home Sweet Home!

Ravi is so welcoming and warm. We were helped right away, she helped us choose all of our furniture. We bought recliner set, coffee table, sofa with pillows and couple of paintings. We are so pleased with wonderful customer service. She gave a really good deal. Ravi is super knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Highly recommend this store.

Ravi was very helpful in picking out furniture for our living room and dining room. She helped us pick out fabrics that look wonderful in our home. The delivery teams showed up within the delivery window and were very courteous . Furniture was delivered before the expected delivery date! I had a great experience getting my furniture here. The sales associate Ravi immediately helped me for what I was looking for in my 3rd floor apartment. She was polite, patient, and helpful in looking through the catalog of furniture that was perfect for my rooms. Our experience with HSH Furniture was a wonderful experience!!! From our first interaction with Ravi our salesperson… very helpful, knowledgeable & very kind to the gentlemen who drove two and a half hours to deliver and assemble our furniture. These gentlemen were worked efficiently and hard to get everything just right! Would I recommend this furniture store to my family and friends150%.
