I paid $200 to have my dryer vent cleaned. The HomeSmart technician encountered difficulties and assumed he dislocated the dryer vent pipes. As a result, he packed his stuff and left, mentioning that I would need to contact a plumber to resolve the issue.

Well, I just had a plumber come inspect the dryer vent pipes. They were in fact still in tact. However, his camera revealed that the pipe is clearly clogged. HomeSmart not only left this service incomplete, but worsened the situation. For the technician to state he got "95% of the job done" and for Grant to insist "I don't know why he would say 95%; I know my employee got 100% of the job done" are complete lies and inaccuracies.

Having Honey's Air & Solar refer their clients to this company is misleading. Honey's actually practices integrity and professionalism, unlike this nightmare experience l've suffered at the hands of HomeSmart.

They not only failed me as a customer, but blatantly lied to me. This is unacceptable and unethical. I will be seeking a full refund, through legal action, if need be.

HomeSmart is a great company. Their quote was up to $200 less than the competitors. With that the results were still top notch. HomeSmart Cleaning had great costumer service. The day before I received a call to remind me of the appointment time. Dave should up right time which allowed me to continue with my planned day. I didn't have to move my furniture and he was able to remove the wax that was spilled on the carpet from my wife's candles. They cleaned the living room, dinning room, and hallway carpets. the job was completed in a timely fashion.The job was handled with great professionalism and I will definitely use them for future services.
