The owners were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted right away. I was actually allowed to set on the mattress and find the one that suited my needs best. Great prices, very comparable to one's I had seen on line. They even helped load in my truck.

I hardly leave reviews but felt compelled to do so, went in last Saturday and wasn’t greeted at all, there was a younger woman who was at the desk on her phone..I said hello hoping to be acknowledged as we had just walked in and she looked up and kinda gave me an eye roll and “hello” back.
My wife and I decided to continue to look around despite feeling unwelcome, prices were okay but furniture overall seemed very cheaply made and some of the displays they had out were dusty and looked like they had been sitting for awhile.

We had asked about a bed frame that was there and the young woman didn’t seem very interested in selling to us, so we went elsewhere. Very sad! We love supporting local businesses and wish it would have been a different experience, I did try calling on Sunday to talk to a manager or the owner but didn’t realize the store was closed.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the couches we received from them. Had to have the whole set warrantied less than two months after we bought the couches due to the arms ripping. Now the cushions are pretty much flat ( were not big people either). When buying the couches they don't tell you that you'll be charged double if not paid in full within 90 days same as cash ( I know how this works i've done it before ). Thought we were getting a great deal but should have gone to an actual furniture store and paid the price were gonna end up paying for an actual good quality set of couches. Maybe my standards are a little higher than most on good quality but these things suck. Wont be back to do business again.

I’m just not happy with anything that transpired here. I bought an island and paid extra to make it big enough for a tv stand in my living room. On top of the fact that it took 6 weeks longer than they initially said it might take (give us extra for bad weather and people calling in sick) the poor quality of it is just sickening. It barely has any paint on it at all and looks like rough boards nailed together. Every single nail hole shows. There’s no chance that they would have ever taken what they sold me, put it on the showroom and ever sold another. Zero chance. And mind you, I’m talking about the product that they have “fixed”. When I sent my husband and mother to pick it up the first time, the woman kept slapping the sign on the wall while loudly proclaiming “All Sales are Final!” Ugh. And they clearly had other pieces of furniture in the shop that looked of better quality and according to my husband, they make you feel like you’re crazy for pointing that out. When I called at 10 weeks, the woman behind the desk told me that it wasn’t ready yet because I was getting such a good deal and I could have gone somewhere else and spent $1,000 or $1,500. I really, really wish I would have taken her on the “offer”. Front and center of my living room is a shoddy piece of work that I won’t be able to do anything with. It’s too late for me but save yourself the time and money. Go somewhere else!!!

I bought a sectional from Hometown furniture they were excellent and selling it to me and making sure that I got what I wanted. They delivered it the next day and set it up for me. That they are the sweetest family I want furniture store they will be my go to furniture store for life. Go check them out on Highway 64 in Greenbrier. I love my new sectional.

DO NOT FINANCE FURNITURE WITH THIS BUSINESS! They completely deceived me into thinking that l was being financed $2100 for furniture that I would pay back with $156 deducted from each paycheck until the financed amount was paid off. I was NOT made aware of any early payoff option and didn't even realize what I had signed until I decided to actually payoff the balance with income taxes. I looked up the account and was SHOCKED to see an obscene amount that was LEASED to me. This amount was not disclosed to me or my at the time we signed our contract. My wife called and spoke with the owner who was so rude and denied and dismissed that this was the case. Yeah, my bad on not reading fine print in the paperwork but we were completely deceived into what we were signing. Currently I am disputing this with the leasing company and filing a consumer complaint with the AR Attorney General. It's a disgrace that these people continue to stay in business.

Came into this business while traveling through to look at some furniture on Saturday, as I’ve heard they have good prices, I’m from Holland..I was greeted with nothing but attitude by a younger tall girl who was on her phone the entire time didn’t seem interested in selling anything!
Prices weren’t all that. I don’t recommend.
