I recently Purchased Homey Designs HD-8088 Bed set in the beginning of December , but didn’t receive my bed set till Dec. 31 . This Bed set had many defects which I contacted the company that I purchased it from and they kept going in circles about sending someone to fix the issues and never happened. Then we finally settled on a 500$ refund. Then after having our bed set for only 2 months we noticed the bed headboard paint chipping and cracking off we then contacted our supplemental insurance we purchased they have us going in circles to contact the company we bought it from and they are refusing to help with the issue. Now we contacted homey design and they said nothing they can do.! Very disappointed with this purchase more than 10k for cheap horribly made furniture!!!!
And with the worst customer service with homey design worker Aracely needs training! DO NOT BUY FROM HOMEY DESIGNS YOU SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR POORLY MADE PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
AND ADDITIONAL 1,000+ INSURANCE IS A JOKE!!! Very angry and upset that I wanted this bed set for over a year and my husband bought it for me as a Christmas present and spent thousands of dollars to be the worst bed set I have ever owned .I will also add all the pictures of everything that arrived damaged 😩. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.

We are a locally owned Furniture Store in the Midwest. This company merchandise is extremely cheaply make. We tried to bring some furniture in for a customer, everything came in very damaged, and this company was no help in solving the issue.

We have a Homey Design living room set at home. They are very comfortable and spacious. Great furniture and amazing quality. We have children and sit in our beautiful furniture all the time. Our guests that come over compliment the furniture so much.

Excellent customer service. I was very hesitate to order furniture online, but Melody was very patient and answered all of my questions regarding the HD-506 living room set. I am from New York and I was sent pictures of their showroom in California and the living room set we ordered looks exactly like it does in their catalog. Homey Design is truly hidden gem! My wife and I are so happy!

I have purchased a set from homey design in September 2021. It’s been almost 9 months and I still have not received my set that I paid almost $11,000 IN FULL. I was told if I paid in FULL I would get my set sooner. Not only have I still not received anything from them… no one even cares to respond to me. I keep emailing them and calling them and they keep lying to me. At first we were supposed to receive it in November. Then they told us there would be delay and we will get in January. Then in January they told us there will be another delay because it’s a Chinese New Years and people are off for A WHOLE MONTH. So we waited again… and THEN there was another delay.. that “COVID” caused . This is unacceptable. I am healthcare professional myself… I have been working in the front lines for COVID for 2 years now. I work so much that the only thing I look forward to is coming home to my bed.. and this company failed to do that for me. Everything can be understandable.. but not to this extend. I have a lot of patience … but not this much. I have been waiting 9 months for this company to improve themselves. I have tried so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt … but this is it. They have the worst customer service that never responds. Completely unprofessional. And now I’m starting to feel that this company is a scam and they stole my money. I don’t know how things run in China, but in the USA.. this is a felony that can shut down their entire company. This is my last warning to this company before I get a lawsuit against them.

DO NOT BUY!!! It will be a purchase you will regret. We run a family owned furniture business out of Memphis, TN & we spent over $13,000 with this company and have not received all the pieces we ordered. We reported this to the company and they have been giving us the run-around and have been dodging our calls, emails, faxes, etc, something I have never experienced with any of the other vendors we've dealt w/over the years. This was our 1st time however ordering from Homey Design , but DEFINITELY the last. This nightmare has been going on for about a month now. We were trying to service a very special customer of ours who was looking for mansion quality furniture which is how Homey Design advertised their product. Fast forward to today and we are now being sued by our customer because for about a month she has had a bed w/no footboard and it's not the type of bed that could function without a footboard, missing dresser for the mirror and shoddy quality on the dining room chairs for the order
