Hopscotch is AMAZING! I didn't go for the longest time but once I went, I went back again a week later because I loved it so much the first time! I'll probably go back for the food and drinks (they have excellent non-alcoholic drinks and my crew loved their "adult Capri Sun" drink. So I had no idea what to expect- this was a group activity. Sometimes these things can be lame, right? Not this time. We had so much fun!
A few suggestions for you:
1) order tickets in advance- probably fine to walk in on a normal Tuesday but Christmas week? Better get your tickets in advance
2) wear lighter colors. The colors from the exhibits look a lot cooler on a lighter fabric. The VJ exhibit made my daughter’s black dress completely disappear (which was still cool but definitely better pics with lighter clothes)
3) wear socks - you need them for the trampoline (a must do) and the ball pit (hard pass from our group. We’re apparently all still traumatized by Chuck E Cheese from the early aughts) activities.

Definitely a great time - we spent 2 hours playing. I could spend hours doing the laser graffiti. Some exhibits were cooler than others- and you can go back to exhibits if you want. We were all hungry so we didn’t do that but we all want to go back

Wish I had more photos to share, but we had so much fun! Great experience. It is a fun place to experience with friends or family and great for little ones too. I would plan to eat before you go or after. It's a great drinks menu for adults but limited for the kids, and they had a limited food menu, but you do get to eat and drink while you enjoy the art installations or you can hangout in the cool dining area and eat. I took my sub-adults for a momma date night on a Monday evening. It wasn't crazy packed, but I heard the weekends this place was very popular and packed. I think with the scheduled appt times, that probably helps. If you're looking to get out of the house and have an adventure, definitely try out Hopscotch.

Such a fun and unique experience! So much to see and do. This is great for all ages.
The entire place is very clean and spacious, there is a bar at the entrance of the exhibit and you can walk around with your drinks (how awesome is that 🤭) purchase your tickets online.

I went twice in 2 weeks with different friends. Both times the experience was wonderful, from the local artwork to the interactive exhibits and the diversity that matches what Portland is all about. Being able to set your own pace and order in which you experience the exhibits and also getting to circle back to your favorites for a closer look is a great feature of the experience. The price for tickets is very reasonable and the staff are polite and helpful throughout. I would recommend Hopscotch to anyone young or old and my advice for a great time would be to just let loose and let your inner kid out to have some fun.

This was such a unique experience, and it was so much fun! First of all, there's no time limit on how long you can stay, and the space is very spacious. There are plenty of things to see and do.

As I walked in, they had a self-service coat hanger, which was convenient. Next, there was a bar where you could grab a drink or some food, along with seating areas where you could relax before or after the experience.

They featured different rooms, each filled with unique experiences, colors, sounds, and emotions. It was beyond amazing, and I'm definitely bringing my family here!

This was such a fun spot to hang out! We got there a little early for our time slot so they let us hang out in the lounge and get drinks while we waited for our time to come up. The exhibits were all different; some playful, some more artsy, some made you think more, etc. I loved it! Highly recommend if you want a different kind of night out to let your inner child play!

YOU MUST GO! Seriously! I went with my friend and had a BLAST! Then I had to bring my husband back with me for date night. The exhibits are fun and exciting, the staff are PHENOMENAL! As you're walking around, they are checking on you and making sure everyone is having a great time! The drinks and food are delicious (the Celestial Unicorn is my favorite drink, just FYI). If you don't visit at least once, you are missing out.
