House Arte/Kevin/Vivian were recommended to us by two different people. We contacted them about our potential, home remodel and addition project and they agreed to an initial meeting. From the initial meeting, they have been prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly have fantastic ideas. They take your ideas and budget into account, meld them with their ideas and quickly turn ideas into concepts. The ability to turn ideas and concepts into 3D visuals is outstanding. We are able to take the ideas, concepts and drawings to contractors and to the city for permits. We could not recommend them highly enough!

We have worked with Kevin & Vivian since 2015 and have found them to be very professional, honest, thorough and just plain GREAT at what they do.
We purchased a home a few years ago that needed a complete remodel (down to the studs). We hired them to help us redesign the house. The ideas Vivian came up with were beyond our scope of thinking/vision! Kevin handled all the technical, construction aspects of the project and with their combined, comprehensive approach to the overall project, it freed up our time to focus on completing the project! With the value they added to our last project, we wouldn’t even think about starting another one without their help! We highly recommend them.

We used House Arte for a major remodel of our kitchen, living, dining rooms, mud room, bathroom. We had a phenomenal experience with Vivian & Kevin. They were the perfect team & we were 100% happy with the design (and still are now that we're 'living it'!). They were collaborative, responsive, pleasant to work with and had great ideas. The computer program that Vivian uses allowed us to 'see' the design, which was incredibly helpful. I'd definitely recommend them.

I have been working with Kevin and Vivian since 2015 on a house redesign. They provided many great designs for the project. They have been such a great help with all the issues we have had with the city and permitting. We had a wonderful experience with Vivian & Kevin! We were referred to Vivian by a home builder because we needed someone who could do a 3D modeling of a home plan we'd done with another architect. She modeled the existing plan and once we saw what it would look like, we realized the 1st architect's plan was not what we had in mind. We hired Vivian to redesign our home. She listened to how we wanted the home to feel and to function. Then she went to work on bringing it to life. What she came back with was so much better than what the 1st architect had designed. It felt warm and inviting and functioned so much better. I also loved the way we could see the whole thing in 3D. I would highly recommend their services if you want someone who is extremely gifted & easy to work with!

Vivian and her husband Kevin are an incredible team together. We had them help design & draft our remodle which included the Outside, Kitchen & living room. The design came out exactly how I pictured it and it helped my husband picture it. We absolutely love what Vivian put together the 3D pictures were awesome to look at and visualize. Vivian & Kevin respond quickly to phone calls and e-mails which is a plus when your trying to geth the project underway.
