Had the worst experience today on 10/25/24. While checking out we were harassed by the cashier attendee. She has glasses and she seemed as she was deaf as she could not speak or hear what you were telling her. She seemed like an individual that was hard of hearing, but she was harassing every single person at the check out. She started grabbing items and scanning them herself because she thought I wasn’t scanning correctly and she asked for my receipt and then started checking everything item by item. She also got mad when I asked if she could bring someone over because I couldn’t understand what she was telling me as she was doing sign language and mumbling. After I left she started doing the exact same thing to these two girls that were checking out beside me, grabbing their items out of their hands and scanning. There was also no one else around to tell about this. Horrible customer service, this needs to be fixed. I attached a photo for reference of the employee who was doing this.

December 3rd, I needed a few things as well as some missing parts. I was impressed & extra happy at the professionalism I encountered from the cashier, who was deaf.
Bravo to IKEA for hiring her, she is a gem ?

Great store, convenienly situated right off the 405 freeway in Carson. Enjoyed browsing the store and grabbing small items for the home since we dont have an ikea in Hawaii?

However I was looking forward to the Ikea Meatballs for lunch but this store only has a Cafe style that has everything to go and an automated menu.

Ordered the Swedish Meatball meal and it came in a to go box with a scoop of mashed potatoes and cranberry.... Looked pretty pathetic for what I was accustomed to and paying for. Never again will I eat at the Cafe styled Ikea. 3 stars

I always love coming to IKEA but some of the IKEA’s and other cities are quite difficult to get to be near downtown, this one was pretty nice as it’s next-door to a mall so it’s easy to pop in and get what you want if you don’t feel like track Through the whole store, look at some of the maps for shortcuts to cut through. It definitely helps knowing which section you want to go to ahead of time. Otherwise you’ll be there for a couple hours following the maze that wind you through three levels of the store be sure to look at the price tag, as they’ll scratch out the price by hand and write the sales price it’s not super obvious as some other sales labels you may see elsewhere but you can catch a really good deal. You can also check out the cafeteria to grab a quick white and don’t forget to grab your cinnamon rolls

Lots of choices that need to be explained by qualified staff. Unfortunately the staffing is inadequate at best. Although it is getting g harder and harder to find it, IKEA is a good place to find what you need .

My daughter and I went today and I have a little trouble walking, and the girl at the front desk noticed immediately and went and got me a cart so that I could use it as a sort of walker.. She was lovely and I really appreciate it.. I asked her name, but I forgotten it except I know that it started with an L and it was like Lynette or something like that

Great place to actually go to for shopping. I always find Great things for our home. Sometimes you want to actually shop in person instead of online.
