We had a disappointing experience at Interior Spaces Design. We purchased a Natuzzi Editions leather sectional. After the sectional was delivered we immediately discovered loud popping noises coming from the motorized recliners. We also notice the furniture was very noisy with a lot of creaking sounds. We returned to the store to talk about the proplems with our new sectional. The owner said he would send his delivery people over to inspect the furniture to try and avoid a claim with Natuzzi. They never showed up to look at the furniture. We ended up placing a claim with Natuzzi which lasted 5 months. The process of working with a company based in Italy was very difficult, as they do not have any local support services. After sending over two different independent furniture repair companies, we settle the claim with Natuzzi. The popping noise from the motors was reduced 80%, but they said there's nothing they can do about the creaking noises the furniture makes. We didn't feel supported by Interior Spaces Design after our purchase and would not recommend Natuzzi Editions Furniture.

I rarely write reviews but Ken at Interior Spaces deserves an outstanding one. I purchased a Calligaris table with a custom top and legs which was being shipped with white glove delivery to a home in the mountains in Utah. When it arrived the ceramic top was damaged so I was told to not accept it and Ken located another one with the right combination of top and legs.
When that arrived, it also had been damaged in shipping and Ken said to reject it and he found another one- same problem. I guess the porcelain tops are very fragile and require more delicate handling. Ken never gave up in the quest to deliver the perfect table I had ordered and was communicative and proactive throughout the ongoing issues never complaining once. They just delivered the 4th table which arrived in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve never had
such a positive experience from what was ostensibly a terrible one. Calligaris had discontined the combination I originally ordered in the meantime, but Ken persisted in getting that original combination shipped from Italy. Ken, thanks for your persistence, patience and follow-through. I can not recommend you and your store more highly!!

Hmmm...I called a couple days ago inquiring on a couple items on their website. Gentleman that answered said he's helping out the owner and that he couldn't answer my questions to just come in. Today when I went in the same gentleman that answered the phone was still working and the owner was not there. He had to call the owner to come down to help me. After a short time, I could no longer wait around so I left my information and requested a call back.

No call back..

They are having a grand opening right now. With balloons outside. I asked if they just opened but they just moved to a bigger location a few door down. I'm a little confused. Why would you have a grand opening with an employee that can't answer any questions

I guess they don't need the business. It sure looks like other people have made purchases according to the Yelp reviews!!

I did however find a couple cool items. Still pricey though.

We have bought a couch here a few years ago. We love it so much we came back to get another one. We wanted it to match/coordinate with our existing one. They were so great and patient with us and helped us find something that was the exact dimensions we wanted. This is a great place to get a reasonably priced furniture that is better quality and designs than IKEA. The customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend this place.

Just purchased our new Natuzzi sectional and I am so happy with the sofa and delivery. Ken, the salesperson who was helping us, got our room measurements and pictures of the furniture we already had and quickly helped us find a perfect fit and color for our home. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable. His advice was spot on. It took less than 2 weeks for it to be delivered and it is just perfect. Thank you! I will definitely shop at this store again and would recommend it to all my friends.

Excellent Find!! This store has beautiful, quality furniture. You can buy off the floor or custom order whatever you would like. I am a stickler for quality furniture and went there because they are a Natuzzi dealer (high end custom Italian furniture). Ken was so patient and not pushy at all, offering all the options, giving me leather and fabric samples to try at home. I just purchased 2 of the most comfortable chairs with custom fabric and goose down cushions. I did notice that they offer a range of furniture to fit most budgets. I had been all over east bay furniture stores and found this gem in my backyard. Highly recommend, great prices and quality. We will be back!!

We had an outstanding experience with this store. We went to them because they carry Calligaris. The owner was very knowledgeable about their product line and helped us select the perfect piece which given the size we wanted needed to be shipped from Italy. When it arrived 12 wks later the top was cracked, but he had inspected it before arranging delivery and offered us a loaner table from the showroom so we'd have a place to eat while the replacement was in transit. So although it took longer than expected to get our table we felt very taken care of and he was so on top of it. We'd happily buy from them again!

Great store with very good personalized service. We couldn’t be happier with our new Natuzzi leather sectional. Kenan, the owner, gave us good advice and helped choose the right furniture. He also has a good eye for design and very practical approach to what’s the best fit for a family. I would recommend this store.
