Contacted them for a quote for work we are doing at a school. John Gocke responded right away, but then I wasn't getting a call back to follow up. Kept trying to reach out, but no response. Finally today I emailed saying that I guess I need to move on and find a different company, and that we were very disappointed and would reflect this in our review. Finally John replies saying that he had passed this on to one of his project managers that didn't get it covered. Told me to do what I gotta do and "yelp away". No attempt to resolve the issue, basically just blowing me off. I guess because this is a smaller project we're doing at a nonprofit school, it is beneath them. Wasn't looking for any discounts, just desperately needed somebody to do the job for these kids. Not sure about their work, but definitely lacking in the customer service department. Extremely unprofessional.

J & M interior specialties designed, built and installed furniture for my business. As well as installed cabinetry and laminate countertops for my business and home. I couldn’t be happier. The level of professionalism with this company far exceeds any expectations I had. The quality of work and quality of material is superb. I would recommend using this company to anyone. 5-Star easy review to fill out. We used J&M Interiors for ceiling grid work and cabinetry and their pricing is in-line but what makes them a cut-above is the cabinetry they fabricate and install and their ceiling specialists are always right on and quick without shortcuts

I have been working with John for 20 years on commercial cabinetry and restroom partitions, fixtures, ADA upgrades, ceilings, and much more. He has always been very informative , helpful, and efficient. They design and construct all their own product, then install it, on time believe it or not ! I recently had them do work at my home involving new cabinets, and again, went amazingly smooth ( and covid safe ) All I wanted to say is thank you for always pleasing myself, and the numerous commercial businesses I work with as a General Contractor.
