I found Jose through a google search. I thought I could put my trust in Jose and his services based off the previous reviews, but I may have been wrong. Jose seemed to be very accommodating at first. The initial issue I have to report is the incident where I showed up to his shop around 4:45pm and was unable to get into his shop. I did make numerous attempts at contacting him at his number, but was abruptly forced to voicemail and couldn’t leave a message as his mailbox was full. I waited nearly 25 minutes to retrieve my vehicle and Jose never came out, so I went home. Jose than calls me as I am on my way home, and after I cancelled my ride I had to arrange to tell me, “Why did you leave?” Sharing with me his workers saw me standing outside and chose not to ask if I needed help. Instead Jose told me, “How come you didn’t ask them if you needed anything why would you leave if you saw the door garage door halfway open?” I told Jose I don’t go peeking my head into peoples business unless I know why I am there. Number one rule never blame the customer. Jose basically claimed it was my fault that I didn’t ask for help from his employees while I was standing outside of his business waiting to pick up my vehicle that I am paying for. I informed Jose that that was very unprofessional of him. The second time when I brought my vehicle in for the actual repairs Jose installed a new part that costed over $250 that did not need to be changed. Instead of Jose returning the part to the dealership as it wasn’t needed he continued to charge me for the part. I asked Jose to please order the right part and I have not heard back from him since. I feel he doesn’t respect your time and basically took advantage of me and my lack of understanding.
