Jodee and her team are great! She walked me through the showroom and help me make a fantastic selection. I wanted a stylish new fan that could move more air and cool down my space better. I am thrilled with the results. The fan looks awesome, matches my decor well, and cools the space so much better. The installer, Sayler, was professional and courteous. He even balanced and serviced 2 other fans in my bedrooms. I highly recommend James Ashjian Lighting.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The service and professionalism by Jim and his crew (from the ladies in the office to the electricians) were indescribable. I had called to inquire about putting recessed lighting throughout our home and within a few days, Jim was out measuring and suggesting where to put lighting. Within a few weeks, the team of about 8 guys came out and completed the job within a day! There was great communication with the installation crew on a few things that needed clarification. They put plastic down to keep furniture/floor from getting dirty and dusty from the drilling nearly 30 holes for the lighting—I didn’t even have to vacuum when they left. Im pleased with the outcome but even more pleased with the service that we received. I would recommend James Ashjian Lighting over and over again. 10/10.

Quick visit. But amazing attentive service. I was even impressed at how the clerk was dealing with a customer service issue without it bothering others on the sales floor. Their sales options and availability is perfect. Will be ordering our items from them.

Extremely poor service accusing me of parking in their parking in lot and towing my car and going somewhere else when I simply was just dropping something off and then was going to go in and purchase a light fixture both managers came yelling at me .

I had three light fixtures that needed to be installed on the ceilings that were about 16 feet tall. After calling all of the large electrical contractors here in Visalia for well over two months without any results, I found Ashjian Lighting out of Fresno. The gal that I spoke with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and was able to schedule an appointment early the next week. Their techs arrived on time and were great to deal with. Not only did they have everything they needed including knowledge and experience to get this difficult job done right, they were friendly and made the experience pleasant. I can't wait to check out their showroom to see what quality fixtures they have for me. Thanks!

I went in today looking for kitchen lighting. I didn't get the name of the person who helped me. She was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't find anything but the customer service was fantastic!! Beautiful selections for any type of lighting.
